Many storage places just hope and pray that people forget to pay their bills so they can seize your storage, often declining to send reminders to people who are late. Enterprise is not like this. They have a generous grace period during which they send out several reminders. They are in the business of providing rental storage units, not seizing property. Also of note, during Covid, before we knew that we could claim unemployment we were worried about our bills and paying them in time. I called Enterprise at that time to inquire what would happen if I was late and they informed me that they were freezing all seizures during the lockdown. This is a solid, ethical business and I would recommend them to anyone.

They are still cleaning the facility but have seem to have stopped repairs and maintenance. there are two elevators and one has been out of service for more than a month. I grew up in Southern California in the 70s and visits here feel like an experience from my childhood. There's a real woman behind the counter. They took the time to show me a few different unit sizes to make sure I wasn't overpaying for space I didn't need, and they walked me through the entire security process.
