This location of A-1 Self Storage is the best location in Southern California. Kevin and Yabone are the most awesome people I have ever met. They never fail to impress and surprise me. Their optimism and enthusiasm almost make me forget where I am. Dealing with storage is not supposed to be this pleasant. Trust me, we have been dealing with storage facilities for 14 years and we have seen it all. Most of what we dealt with prior to A-1 Self Storage was very unpleasant, sometimes downright frustrating and, at times, even infuriating. Kevin and Yabone still manage to make every aspect of the storage process as seamless as humanly possible. And I cannot express enough how grateful I am that people this helpful, thoughtful, enthusiastic...OMG these guys are always so happy, so pleasant, and so kind. I am grateful that people like this exist. A-1 Self Storage is truly blessed to have men like this in their organization. No matter what these guys choose to do with their lives and their time, they are going to be the best at it - simply because of who they are. It has been a privilege to know them and do business with them. About A-1 Self Storage, in general: I will be updating this review with my own pictures and video footage as soon as I can. I measure every single storage facility I encounter against my experience with A-1 Self Storage, and no other storage facility can even hold a candle to A-1 Self Storage. None even come close. Pros (and these are in no particular order): * They have alarms ON EVERY UNIT. Most other facilities do not. Most other facilities only have a general alarm over the facility, which only protects the facility and gives no clue to where bad actors are going once they breach the perimeter of the facility. In my opinion, this means the facility DOES NOT CARE what happens to your stuff. They should at least create the illusion that they do. So A-1 Self Storage scores MAJOR POINTS for having alarms on EVERY UNIT. * They have cameras all over the place. Actual, fully-functional cameras that are on 24/7/365. Add this to the alarms ON EVERY UNIT and you have an actual secure facility. This also speaks volumes about how the company takes accountability for their customers' security very seriously. Unlike literally every other facility we've dealt with, we have never once had any stress over the safety of our belongings. * Their storage units have ACTUAL CEILINGS. I have video and photographic proof that I will post as soon as I can. A-1 Self Storage is the only facility we have seen that has actual ceilings and alarms on every unit. This is literally unmatched quality. You will not find either one of these two things anywhere else. We have looked everywhere. read more
