I hired Shannon and Elden to install 5 speakercraft speakers in the ceiling. These are specialty speakers only available through certified dealers. There are a lot of knockoffs, these speakers come with a lifetime warranty as long as they're bought through their dealer network. Shannon being a dealer got me the exact speakers I was looking for, and offered instalation. I'm not familiar with installing speakers in the ceiling. I was about to hire a guy who said he tears up the drywall and patches it but doesn't paint it. No matter what, if you tear up the drywall, patch it and paint it. It's never going to look original. I spoke to Shannon, got me a fair price for the speakers and labor. As you can see from the pictures, he installed the speakers (without tearing up my drywall) and it looks factory original. 5 stars all the way. Calling him back for my patio speakers next.

This guys runs a scam. I hired him to fix my existing security cameras. He charged me $150 for the…read moreoriginal call. It was a simple software reset. I was happy to pay because what I paid for was knowledge. However, it didn't fix the problem and the next day it was still broken. He told me that he would have to charge me $250 because it's a different issue, but that he would give me a break and charge $175. This is for a problem he didn't fix the first time! I was desperate because I was leaving town for a month so I said yes. He changed the hardware this time it fixed the problem. During this time he answered every call he got on his cell phone. He was actually trying to screw in a screw and he still answered the call. Extremely unprofessional. If he doesn't have staff then he should let it go to voicemail and finish one thing before starting another. I paid $325 just for the house call fee, including one where he didn't fix the problem. This did not include the fee for the hardware. Beware.
