Tim and his associate Mark showed up on time and prepared for our appointment. During this time on site, we discussed and reviewed our existing system, and they listened to what our needs and wants were. Soon after our meeting, we received their recommendation/estimate, discussed the details and installation criteria, and then scheduled the work. The work went smoothly and relatively quickly, with Tim and Mark working around our staff, the elements (it was August and very Hot!), our customers and the chaos that occurs at a high-volume gas station. Based on their advice and recommendation, we had 15 cameras, one (1) Pan Tilt camera with a new DVR and monitor installed, along with all new wiring as was recommended and necessary. After the installation, Tim worked with staff to teach the basics of the relatively easy to use system.... and continues to assist with the "learn as you go" process to understand and use the more advanced features. The guidance and support from Redlands Alarm has been exceptional. They respond and answer our questions via text, email, telephone, and always in a timely courteous manner.
