I finally got tired of dealing with them and went in person to my local State Farm Agency. I explained my problem and asked if I could please move my policy to their office. Before I could do this, I had to have Mr. Cantu's office release and transfer my policy . I asked the local agent to call them, hopefully, to get something done. Mr. Cantu became defensive AND rude to my local agent. I was in the office listening to Mr. Cantu's unprofessional response. I then called him directly, from the local agents office, a Mr. Cantu gave me an apology for his people and admitted they had not handled things well. Then he lied to me saying everything was taken care of and he had transfered my policy as requested. Since no one in his office asked where I wanted the policy transfered or to which agency, that was a lie Because he refused to do as asked, it took another week of waiting for paperwork to go through channels before I could have my account moved. There is more to the story but it's too much to include here. Don't do business with this unprofessional lier. I am escalating this with State Farm. No one should be treated like I've been treated.

Linda at this location not only send me a quote but followed up with a call to ask me a few questions. Those questions lead to a discount. After a couple more calls back and forward, my final cost was less than half the price of my current insurance. I gave them my credit card to cover my auto and home insurance.
