He proceeded to go out of his way to help me track down the vehicle, which wasn't actually on the lot, and let's just say it was a major gauntlet to even get this specific vehicle to the dealership. Once the car was on the lot and I'd fallen in love and knew that she was meant to be mine, the tail end of Mercury in retrograde delivered one punch after another. Not Ford's fault, not Sam's fault, not my fault, and I never felt like any high-pressure sales tactics were directed towards me. And without going into all the details, I ended up sitting outside in my old car, crying, because while I may have eventually gotten the car, there was no way I was going to get the car at that time. I firmly believe that what is meant to be is meant to be, and if it wasn't going to happen that day, then she wasn't meant to be mine. I'm so grateful my meltdown kept me there long enough for Sam to come out and let me know that he'd explained the situation to both the Mossy Ford manager Bobby, and the general manager, Mario, and with the three of them going WAY above and beyond, I was able to leave the lot that night with the car I'd been wishing for since I was 16 years old! Aisha in financing was also efficient and pleasant to deal with. UPDATE:…read more Unfortunately, what began as a frustrating purchase and repair experience has now escalated into something much more serious. After the issues described in my original review, I finally brought my brand-new F-150 Platinum back to Mossy to address the documented defects. Before any paint work was performed, I specifically questioned management about how it would be repaired and expressed my concern that paint work on a brand-new truck should be handled by a proper body shop. I was assured that the person Mossy intended to use was "their guy," worked for them, and was the best of the best. Based on those assurances, I trusted Mossy to proceed. The truck was returned to me with what I consider additional property damage. There is now paint splatter down the side of my brand-new truck, including the bed rail, in addition to problems with the attempted paint repair itself. I have extensive photographs documenting the condition in which it was returned. I have since obtained the actual invoice for the work. It identifies Travis Wester, references my truck by its specific VIN, is billed directly to Mossy Ford Accounts Payable, and charges Mossy a total of $150 for "colorsad/buff touch up." My vehicle location history also shows that while the truck was entrusted to Mossy, it was moved off the dealership premises to 4433 Mission Bay Drive. I have since identified and photographed that location. I have formally asked Mossy to explain whether Travis Wester is actually a Mossy employee or an outside vendor, the legal business under which the work was performed, the applicable California Bureau of Automotive Repair registration, why my vehicle was taken off Mossy's property, who authorized that move, whether the paint work itself was performed at 4433 Mission Bay Drive, and whether Mossy approved the location and conditions under which the work was performed. I am deliberately not making allegations about the individual's licensing or exactly where the paint was applied until Mossy answers those questions. What I can document is that Mossy had possession of my vehicle, selected the person who performed the work, received an invoice for $150 tied directly to my VIN, and returned the truck to me with additional paint damage. I spoke with Ford three separate times afterward. I was told in each conversation that this type of paint repair should have been handled by a body shop. That was exactly the concern I raised with Mossy before the work was ever performed. The response from dealership management afterward has been equally disappointing. I sent two detailed emails, including photographs showing the condition of the truck. Neither received a response, and I did not receive a return phone call. When I finally spoke with management, they acknowledged receiving my emails but effectively handed the matter back to Service without addressing the substance of what I had raised. This is an approximately $94,000 new truck. I understand that vehicles can leave the factory with defects, and I initially gave Mossy every opportunity to correct them. My issue now is no longer simply the original factory defects. It is the additional damage caused during Mossy's attempted repair and the lack of ownership afterward. I am still giving Mossy the opportunity to take responsibility, send the truck to a qualified body shop, professionally restore the damage, and resolve this without forcing the matter any further. I will update this review again with exactly how Mossy ultimately responds.

I brought it back to them and then they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. P2135 code comes and goes into reduced power mode. Car is too dangerous to drive. Other shops refuse to touch it now because of Chevy's mistake and now I have no way of fixing this issue. Now I have to get rid of the car. I am devastated. I would give zero stars if I could. 0/10 recommend.
