I took my vehicle in to have my sunroof serviced because the shade was catching on something. I never realized it would be such an event with the dealership having the vehicle for two weeks. Nevertheless, I was given a loaner and my service advisor, Afonso Serpa handled the business of getting the car repaired and back to me. I have driven Lincoln's for the last 30 years and yes, they make nice vehicles but what brings me back to Lincoln is the customer service that I receive. Mr. Serpa has set a pretty high bar for every service advisor I may encounter. He truly had my best interest at the forefront of the service and I am appreciative for his efforts on my behalf. My Lincoln is a beautiful car but the staff is very poor at doing their job professionally. When I purchased my Lincoln, I had a good quote from Navy Federal lined up. The loan officer insisted he could find me a better rate. After I stated I'd rather not have my credit ran a bunch he proceeded to run it SEVEN TIMES to other credit lenders.
