    Greg and Michael were great to work with. Helped me get the price I needed for my trade in and got me in the truck I wanted without trying to push a greater sale. Very friendly and professional folks. Highly recommend.

    My wife and I had an excellent experience working with Glenn Luna. From the moment I walked in he was professional, respectful and never pushy. Glenn kept the entire process easy and comfortable with no sales pressure at all. He was clear, communicative and completely transparent from start to finish which made the whole experience stress free. I do wish a few of the cosmetic imperfections on the used car could have been addressed, but it is a used car at the end of the day and I feel we still got a good deal overall. Everyone involved in the process was helpful and made the experience smooth. I appreciate the way Glenn and the rest of the team treated my wife and I and would definitely recommend them.

    I want to start by mentioning that I was going back and forth between two local dealerships, one of which was Kearney Mesa (KM). I was in the market for a Silverado and found two at similar price points online. I visited both dealerships, test drove both trucks, and it basically came down to the numbers. If you look at KM Chevy's website, their price and the discounts are pretty straight forward, same for the other dealership, but KM was offering an a $4000 as a manager special, in addition to GM incentives. The other dealership (MB) advertised a "manager special" but it was basically the GM incentives plus $500 from the dealership. I was also trading in a 21' Ford Ranger and was looking to get as close to the KBB trade-in value as possible. Long story short, Kearney Mesa was able to offer me more for my trade and provide more incentives and discounts then the MB dealership. In total Kearney Mesa saved me around $8500 more than MB was offering. Not that it plays a huge roll in my decision making, but I think it's important to mention that the customer service at Kearney Mesa was top notch. I feel like the employees at KM are customer service employees, where at the other dealership (MB) they felt more like salesmen if you know what I mean. Everyone at Kearney Mesa was polite, friendly, and courteous to any one that walked in. My agent was Alexis and Uriel, I had two because I looked at the car one day and bought it the next. Ross was the finance guy I worked with, he was great and straight forward, no pressure to buy a bunch of extra warranties and protection, although I did. Overall, great experience with Kearney Mesa Chevrolet. I would highly recommend them to anyone in San Diego County looking for a new car.

The Toyota Sequoia we purchased was exactly as advertised and in outstanding condition. What really impressed me was the level of care and attention they put into preparing their vehicles. Their in-house mechanics thoroughly serviced the vehicle using quality replacement parts. Since the mileage was approaching the manufacturer's recommended timing belt service interval, they proactively replaced the timing belt and addressed other important maintenance items at the same time. They also replaced the water pump, front brakes, and rotors, ensuring the vehicle was ready for years of reliable service. Another thoughtful touch was that they had the catalytic converter stamped for identification purposes in the event it is ever stolen. This demonstrated their commitment to protecting their customers even after the sale. The paperwork process was equally impressive. Everything was handled professionally and presented in a well-organized binder. They took the time to review the Carfax report with us line by line, explaining every detail and answering all of our questions. As an added bonus, they even sent us home with a full tank of gas. Anyone living in California knows that's not a small gesture these days! It's just another example of the extra steps they take to make sure their customers leave completely satisfied. I simply cannot say enough positive things about the way we were treated by everyone at Miramar Motorsports. Their honesty, professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction are second to none. Everything felt dialed in, and Ali took the time to explain what was done and why. Super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. You can tell he actually cares about the quality of his work and isn't just trying to move inventory. That's rare. If you're looking for someone who knows these trucks and does things the right way, definitely hit him up.

Unfortunately, my experience consistently fell short of that expectation. Oil changes routinely took between two and three hours, even when scheduled in advance. Over time, it also became increasingly difficult to reach anyone directly by phone, as calls were routed to voicemail with the expectation of a callback rather than allowing customers to speak with a service advisor. On one visit, I notified the service department ahead of time that my vehicle required a specific oil filter so they could have it available. Despite that notice, the filter had not been ordered, resulting in further delays. The most concerning experience involved my brakes. I was advised that brake work was necessary, yet after leaving the dealership, my brakes failed almost immediately. It was an alarming and potentially dangerous situation that significantly undermined my confidence in the quality of the service being provided. I later corresponded with the service manager in hopes of addressing these concerns. While I appreciated receiving a response, I was ultimately disappointed by how the issues were handled. I did not feel that the seriousness of the situation was adequately acknowledged or resolved. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe it's important to share an honest account of my experience. I had hoped that purchasing the lifetime maintenance package would provide peace of mind and a long-term relationship with the dealership. Instead, it became a source of repeated frustration and, in one instance, a genuine safety concern.

He went over everything they did and showed me things that came across that needed future service, but he was pushy about it which was really nice.     Worst service center experience I've ever had…read more I drive a Hyundai Ioniq 5 and recently received a "Check Electric Vehicle System" warning. I brought my vehicle to Kearny Mesa Hyundai for service, and it took nearly 10 days just for a technician to assess the car. I was eventually told that the high-voltage battery needed to be replaced. When I was notified that my vehicle was ready for pickup, I arrived at the dealership and was shocked by the condition of my car. It was completely covered in bird droppings. I pointed this out to the employee who brought out the vehicle, and I was told that they do not have covered parking and do not wash customer vehicles. Luckily, my service advisor overhead how upset I was and eventually helped to clean the vehicle. The condition in which my vehicle was returned was unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Other customers walking by were visibly shocked and even commented on how disgusting the car looked. I have attached photos documenting the condition of the vehicle at pickup. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this service center.
