I bought a set from Costco about ten years ago and a set from Bose last year. The ones from Bose were over the counter and they amplified all sounds which helped in some ways and hurt in others. Very quickly the negative outweighed the positive and I didn't wear them. The Costco ones might have been good if the person who fitted them for me took half the time, half the effort and half as much attention as Todd did. These new hearing aids I just got are great but they are great because Todd took the time and effort to make them fit for me with my hearing loss and my ear canals. So far this new set has been perfect in every setting from watching TV AND being able to simultaneously hear and understand what my wife is saying to hearing little birds chirp at sunrise. I play in an amateur orchestra and I can better hear the instruments around me and hear the conductor. I am now part of conversation going out to dinner. Great American Hearing Aid Company is a family business and I feel like I am one of the family. If you think you have a hearing issue you owe it to yourself to go see Todd. You will not find a more caring or technically competent person to get fitted for hearing aids. For me, the entire experience was a good one and the outcome a great one. What I've learned is; you can buy hearing aids almost anywhere but to find a place and then a trained person to work with you to fit them to your needs and then assure, with included follow up appointments, that the hearing aids are working properly for your needs... that is found almost nowhere but it is at Great American Hearing Aid Company.

I met with Mr Todd Fasse, who turned out to be an extraordinary audiologist with highly professional skills. Todd walked me through a series of tests, then we ordered the appropriate hearing aids for my situation. Although they weren't cheap, but honestly, you get what you pay for in this case. Todd, who is an absolute pleasure to work with, took me through a series of thorough instruction and measurements to fine tune these aids for me. My whole world has changed dramatically, thanks to Todd. He is a true professional, with very thorough knowledge and wonderful personality to deal with. I have had follow up visits that allowed him to tweak the aids for improvement. In this world today, it was such a pleasure to be treated so professionally. I have filled out the forms and requested an appointment, but no one ever calls me back or writes to me. I called several times, and no one ever answers the phone or returns callsfrom my messages. I finally brought the new patient's form in person and made an appointment. I told your staff that I have a finance company " care credit.", your company have to register as a provider in order for me to charge the credit card. The lady Juliana said that she filled out the form on the care credit and was waiting for a response. I told her she needs to call them right away. She never did. It was a week ago. I wrote to her again asking her to call them as my appointment came. She never called the care credit, but she cancelled the appointment instead. I guess your company (Sedona Regenerative Medicine) does not need new patients. How can you get new patients with this kind of customer service? Your administrative staff do not work very much. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up her prescription at the drugstore, the cost of her 'solution' cost was $6,000. That's not a misprint. When I called her office, her office manager unapologetically told me that helping patients to manage their costs wasn't their job. As a result, I fired Dr Paley today. I'm sure she has a strength but It is definitely not her office staff, listening to her patients or understanding skin disease.

I have been suffering from seasonal allergies since moving to Sedona from San Diego 3-years ago.  I…read moresuspected Juniper/Cypress trees were causing my allergic response since it coincided with the pollination season of these trees.  Each year my allergic reaction worsened so I finally sought relief from an allergy doctor.  After doing my research I found Dr. Gary Goodman, an allergy/immunologist specialist in Sedona, who is listed in Best Doctors in America. I couldn't be happier with the examination I received from Dr. Goodman.  He listened intently to my description of symptoms, took copious notes and intermittently asked questions.  At no time did I feel the appointment was rushed despite the fact that his waiting room was full when I entered his office.  When making his evaluation he offered several alternative therapies to provide immediate relief from my symptoms pending the results of my allergy test.  The least invasive, natural treatment, he recommended worked readily from the outset so I never needed to progress to other drug therapies although he provided me with a prescription in the event other approaches failed. My experience with Dr. Goodman is that he is a consummate professional and completely client-centered in his approach to medicine.  I would not hesitate to recommend him to fiends and relatives.
