I called back and she took a really long time to answer the phone then said she didn't hang up on me. Why did you take so long to answer the phone then? I advised her that she really shouldn't be answering the phone if she's not ready to help people and it was very unprofessional of her to say that to a customer especially as the owner. Why answer the phone if you're not truly prepared to provide a service that you say on your site and on the phone. Clients should not have to jump through hoops to get assistance/guidance especially when they're seeking it for themselves and are probably in a more vulnerable state to begin with. In their options, there are 4 types of bracelets you can choose from Hoō la breath, Mauli Ola Breath, Lono breath, and Premium Lono Breath (Prices are listed on their website). Just giving you a heads up, Hoō la breath is the only bracelet that is premade and can't be customized according to the website you can only choose from 5 different premade options. But I highly recommend to get the Mauli Ola Breath or the others since you're able to customize them according to your personal energy and situation. They go by appointment only so I recommend calling in rather than messaging because I tried to message them on their Linechat, I didnt get a response till 3 weeks later after my appointment haha. She definitely pinpontied what I needed to focus on and helped create a bracelet that would help keep me focused. Not only is it created for my particular needs, but it's very aesthetically pleasing! I've experienced enough events to know that scientific knowledge is always in a state of flux and that the irrational is not to be dismissed. I asked several question as I am in my fourth week of recovery from a ( small ) fracture in my ankle and slight tearing of ligaments from a slip on wet tile. The employee was gracious enough to answer my questions and recommend two types of crystals that may aid my recovery. I chose a Lapis Lazuli bracelet. I joked, if I could wear it on my ankle and that a placebo effect would be sufficient for me. She kept a serious demeanor - she clearly believes in what she is selling. I will update in a few weeks. Mystic is a newly opened biz on October 3rd an it was a fun find to browse and see the various types of items they have the beautiful various bottles in different colors was one I couldn't decide which one to get so I started scanning the whole store there was so much to love but the lotus tea lights are just so adorable and can image how it illuminates giving a calming vibe that's just mystical. The Laakea Healing center is ran by Rev. Zanny (Filipino guy) and Kumu Darcie (loving wife), they both offer different healing services. If you go on their website, click on the 'book' section and it ranges from hypnosis, reiki healing, tarot reading, Tawas, Hilot, Fertility Hilot, and spiritual cleansing. *Hilot Session* They had a limited time discounted 30 minute Hilot session so I took advantage of that and booked it for February 7. Kumu Darcie greeted me when I entered the shop and notified Rev. Zanny that I arrived. I walked up to the spot where there was a beautiful alter with pictures of past relatives, pets, and other Filipino decorations. Rev. Zanny will perform a paper Tawas and Hilot according to my body's needs. After the session I felt like I reconnected with my ancestors and they even visited me during my session!
