10/10 absolutely recommend this gemstone store, hands down. There's a clearance section where you can usually find chunkier pieces for 50-70% off, so I definitely suggest checking that out. The staff are super sweet--I've had great experiences both over the phone and in person--and I truly love and support this place. You'll probably end up spending more than you planned, but in the best way because there's just so much great stuff. I highly recommend checking out the grape agate and aura quartz pieces; they're absolutely beautiful. Shopping in Aiea, O'ahu, Hawaii... After lunch next door at the Harbor Center location of Guieb Cafe, we strolled into a quaint shop named, Where Crystals Rock. Clever name, eh? We had free parking, so, since we were there, we should check it out, right? The air conditioning was wonderful because it was over 80 degrees on a December afternoon. The cozy shop sure had many things! Besides loose crystals, there were bracelets, pendants, earrings, figurines, candles, lotions, mists, and more! I saw a Hello Kitty tote bag and had to get it! I saw it before at a different store, but held back. Now, I'm happy! The two dogs in the shop are clean and friendly! The male worker was helpful and efficient! I enjoy visiting this shop. They have a nice selection of crystals and minerals. The owners Helen and Glenn, and their employee Daynna are very helpful, personable, and enjoyable to chat with. The atmosphere is calming as soon as I walk in, and the best greeting is from Koa and Bella, their dogs, who are friendly, adorable, and are always ready for attention. I get my dog fix when I visit. Their prices are reasonable and affordable, and I have always been able to find a number of pieces to take home with me each time I visit. I feel that this is one of the best crystal shops on the island. They take the time to get to know their customers, as evidenced by the easy chat with those who visit. Parking is not an issue. Had a great experience at this shop. I just got into crystals in a big way and had only been buying online so far. But I started going into actual crystals shops on-island and was constantly disappointed at the unreasonably high prices. But this store was such a breath of fresh air amongst crystals shops! Almost all the pieces I saw were great quality, and when talking to the Owner, I learned they travel to source the crystals themselves twice a year. Got an amazing lepidolite tower, a few smaller pieces. And I didn't feel ripped off! There are pricey pieces, but they're reasonably priced for the rarity or quality. My new favorite crystal shop!! I visited for the first time this past weekend and something about the space made me feel so safe. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable but also gives you space to take your time and find what you need. I walked in with a list but came out with so much more, and for such a good price! Currently, the shop only allows 8 patrons at a time. Ample parking in the complex (but don't park immediately in front of the shop, it's a loading zone!). Crystal healing is a very interesting topic. I was gifted a few crystals and a pendent a year or two ago but had a doubtful feeling about how it works and if it works. Fast forward, I decided to give it another go and had changed my mindset to being more optimistic about it. Where Crystals Rock has been in my bookmarks in what feels like forevers. Either I'm in the area when they're closed or I am on a tight schedule and can't stop by. Nevertheless I set my intentions to visit this past weekend. Tonight, being the full flower moon, was the perfect time to buy the crystals, cleanse them with sage and then let them sit out to recharge under the moonlight. I'm by no means an expert. Google and books will help throughout this journey. They are located right after the guard shack to the left. You literally have to turn your head almost around as it faces towards the ocean. Parking wasn't an issue over the busy weekend. Just a short walk to their store since there is no parking out front. Upon walking in, I was the only one in the store, and I was immediately greeted. I browsed around and around several times admiring all of the beauty. The crystals are all labeled. To figure out their meaning, you can ask to see a book they have or simply Google search on your phone to figure out if it's what your looking for. One of the ladies was sweet as she offered assistance and I later had some questions. Towards the end of my visit, the store was crowded. They have a square device that you can also pay by cash apps as well. I got several stones, Palo santo mist, a bracelet, and moon shaped necklace with a crystal that is quite new according to the girl. She told me what it's meant for and I had to have it. These crystals seem very legit to me. I rather purchase in store and choose which ones to take home rather than chancing one off of Etsy that could be plastic/fake. Where Crystals Rock offer a massive selection of raw crystals and gemstones, some of which I've never seen anywhere else, the best part of it is, they have the best prices that I know of on the island of O'ahu. I have been to many metaphysical stores on the island and I am happy to have been recommended to them by Cindy, owner of Ginger13 who is amazing. With these prices, I bought a few gemstone jewelry and A LOT of raw gemstones and finally an affordable bowl to place my ever-expanding collection of raw gemstones in. Who LOVES crystals??? I know I do! I've been collecting crystals for a while now thanks to my sister lol. I noticed this little hole in the wall shop and always wanted to come here but never got lucky because I was either too early (they opened at 11? Or 12?) or it was a day they were closed. I finally got a chance to come here on a day they were open!! First thoughts entering the shop! It's very cute and lots of nice crystals and other items! The shop owners are Sooooooo friendly! And they have such a cute doggy!!! We talked about our dogs and the owner I believe, she helped me pick out some stones and things for my son (because he has ADHD) so I settled on a hermitite bracelet. Where Crystals Rock is a hidden gem! I was happy to find out it was located close to me. Although I live in Aiea, I never knew there were all these shops at the Harbor Center. There's ample parking and the shop is pretty easy to find once you enter the center. The store itself is small but I loved that it seemed more intimate and personable (not like Sedona). The owner Helen is very sweet and knowledgeable about the different crystals. She was helpful in answering any questions I had. There was a variety of gems, stones, crystals, jewelry etc. What surprised me too was that it was very reasonably priced! I specifically came to WCR for Keoki's Aloha Elixer candles and mist. WRC had a good selection of his products so I was pretty happy. I probably could have spent all day there and literally wanted everything haha. Its been raining lately so we made the 20min drive to "check this place out". As soon as we came in, we we're greeted which is ALWAYS a great start of a shopping experience. We sanitized our hands, I quickly grabbed a box for shopping & the tumbled crystals I was looking for were literally right after the hand sanitizer. There were about 5 other guests in there with us. The shop itself is smaller then I thought, however, it had everything I needed. I came in with a list of 8 crystals, 5 for myself & 3 for gifts. I wasn't able to find 1 crystal so I tried to look online to see if there was something similar, Google wasn't working with me so I asked Helen who was working behind the counter. I want to acknowledge how she didn't hesitate to answer my question right then & there, dropped what she was doing & physically walked over to the table to show me exactly what I was looking for. Aquamarine was hiding from me, lol. After retrieving the last crystal on my list, I headed to the cashier where a nice gentleman rang me out. Helen came over to help him bag the crystals, all while both of them engaged in a short conversation with me. Helen appreciated us coming even in the rain. It was literally my first time stepping foot in the store & she assumed that I've been there before, LOL. I get that quite often every where I go. After talking stories for a little while more, they thanked us, gave us a business card & we were on our way. The customer service & atmosphere in this store is top notch. It's the little things that mean so much to customers like myself. I notice these things & love them so much. The crystals are super affordable. I've only ever been to 1 other crystal shop and it was 4-10x more expensive with 50% off. Each crystal came with sticker labels on them as well as little papers that explains there properties. Auntie Helen and her staff are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and can help you with anything you're looking for. Never pressured to buy anything while in the store which I love. HIGHLY recommend their Aloha Elixir sprays! After explaining that I wanted something to help generate extra money Auntie Helen recommenced that I got the Abundant Business Spray and Romantic Rose. I gave it three weeks to try it and make sure it actually made a difference and to my surprise I am averaging about an extra 15 dollars an hour in tips. Much more room to browse the wide variety of crystals- raw, polished, jewelry, etc. The first time I came to the shop was for a class they had to learn about crystals and to find the right one for you. I love the variety and they even have slips of paper that you can take that describes what each crystal is for. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I came in here on february 15th to shop for a crystal for my cousin's birthday. this was the closest location on the westside that was an actual crystal store. i will definitely be back because i just came in to purchase something real quick and didn't have the spare time to actually look through everything and explore. i'm starting to look into crystals and i'm intrigued by everything in this store. I ended up leaving with this $16 amethyst crystal necklace. the baggie was complimentary i think but idk if it'll be free for my next purchase, lol the lady just put the crystal in there and i believe i wasn't charged for it. so that was nice. love this store and i'm eager to come back when i have the time. prompt, friendly customer service, clean store, lots of crystals to choose from ranging in size and prices! i will update my review and add more photos of the inside of this place (if im allowed to take pictures inside) to display what they have to offer here. My favorite plus one was indulging me with my fledgling beading hobby and we stopped into Where Crystals Rock because I'm always on the lookout for natural stones and crystal beads. I noticed this shop a few months ago when FPO wanted to stop in at the fabric store across the parking lot. Where Crystals Rock a nice little shop located in Harbor Center on the left side just as you pass the guard shack. Let me start out by saying that Where Crystals Rock doesn't sell loose beads (now I know). What they do have is a really nice selection of crystals and natural stones. Some are polished, some more natural, some are actually drilled so they could be made into jewelry. A handy catalog of descriptions printed on scraps of paper helps you to understand the meanings and uses for the stones and crystals. They also have a few already made jewelry pieces, some artistic photos, and an assortment of aromatics. The atmosphere of the store is very inviting. When we walked in there was a soothing feeling to the place that just seemed to invite browsing. I didn't buy anything but FPO found a few nice natural stones and I may have found a new partner in my latest hobby. read more
