My husband, dog, and I decided to do something different in Sedona and head to Sedona Infinity Spa's salt room for a little "therapy". The owner was a lovely woman who had owned this spa for quite some time. The salt room, being that it's incredibly hygienic, allowed dogs! We changed into robes, she turned on the salt machine and the spa music, and shut the door. Immediately, our dog curled up and went to sleep and we nearly did as well. It was a lovely 30 minutes of relaxation and we left there breathing better and so relaxed! read more

The worst - most expensive - unprofessional experience I have ever had. Technician needs tons more hours of experience. Robert did not have a massage program that was balanced to your body parts. Skimmed over areas that are crucial on "most" bodies. Facility and linens and robes need serious updates and look worn and used. . Shower option was not offered. They rounded up a towel for me to shower since I was heading home that day - no soap was available or offered. This place is highly over rated and Their product and services were less than standard. read more

My mother in law and I booked a couples massage in the salt room to kick off our Sedona vacation. I'll say, the location is conveniently located in the Village, and my therapist did a great job. But... some tweaks could have made this experience better. To start, they have you take your shoes off at the door which is fine, but then you are ushered to the bathroom in bare feet (which is shared with the gym next door). It was not ideal. There is not a great changing area and the lockers are small. They could also invest in uniform robes and/or slippers for guest comfort. We were then escorted to the salt room. It is spacious and serene. We briefly met with our therapists before the session began. I did like that they had a divider for us, as we aren't a traditional "couple". My service was great. The therapist was intuitive and listened when I shared the areas I wanted him to focus on. He specifically did a great job with my head/neck and feet. I liked the salt room vibe and sound bowl music. My MIL had an awful experience. The therapist left her several times, had choppy unconnected movements, and used Jergens lotion.... for the price of this service, and the level of experience this place claims to have- Jergens was completely unacceptable. It was strange that the facility doesn't have uniform spa products. We also kept waiting for the little extras like a warm towel or aromatherapy to be included, but they didn't. These seem fairly common practice at comparable spas in the area. After our service, we were given a small Dixie cup of water and it was implied that we should get dressed, pay, and leave quickly. Mind you we were the only ones on the premises. That's when we noticed the front crystal room and the tea room. The therapist allowed us to look inside briefly. Had we had a chance to sit in the crystal room for a few minutes prior to our service to relax, and visit the tea room after our service for a few moments of quiet time, this experience would have been completely different. However, felt rushed and awkwardly choppy from start to finish. In a town that is saturated with spas, I expected more for the price point, and will most likely not return. read more

On Saturday I attended the "Feel Good Fair" on a whim. I had never been to this Spa before. Toni gave me a wonderful massage. My left shoulder is much better. I will schedule visits to the red light room to see if it too will help with the pain. I met several of the other Practitioners and the atmosphere is serene. My husband & l were visiting from Ca and we enjoyed all our treatments @ Sedona Infinity Spa. Gigi, who is the owner is very talented with the Sound Bowl therapy, great energy & very welcoming, along with her daughter Athena who does the Charka balancing. A must try, great experience! Our massage therapist were Alieen, who l had was fantastic along with Toni, who worked on my husband and he thought she was great. We also did the red light therapy which was very nice also. My husband and I did a joint crystal bowl and halotherapy session with Gigi. Incredible experience - relaxing, reconnecting and felt very special. The space is beautiful. A beautiful reception/waiting area, decorated and clean, and the halotherapy room is REALLY cool. You feel like you are inside of a Himalayan salt lamp! Gigi was attentive, present, and professional.
