On our first morning, we arrived at the restaurant around 10:45 a.m. and were told breakfast service was ending. Our only options were to wait for lunch or try room service, which wasn't guaranteed. This was especially frustrating given how far our room was from the dining area. We asked the front desk if we could place a room service order without returning to our room. Although the concierge tried to help, no one followed up for about 15 minutes. While our server was kind, the manager, Ryan, made no effort to resolve the situation or take accountability. Despite the dining area being nearly empty, we were told we could not be seated and had to take our breakfast to go. Hoping for better service the next day, we ordered room service again and were told the wait would be one hour. Our food arrived an hour and twenty minutes later. We were also told the Duck Pond pool was open 24 hours, but when we arrived it was dark, unattended, covered in dirty towels, and had no clean towels available, giving the impression it was closed. While the setting is stunning, the disorganization and lack of service significantly impacted our stay.

We stayed two nights in a one-bedroom suite at the Sedona Springs Resort…read more I'll start with the good: - The prices here were far more reasonable than most other places in Sedona; Sedona in general is an expensive tourist town, so save on lodging where you can. - The one bedroom suite was massive. We had one regular bed and two pull-outs, plus a full kitchen (full fridge, dish washer, stove, etc.), and the room had supplies for cooking and dining in. We also had a large dining room table. - The resort has plenty of amenities for long-term stays (a laundry room, pools, gym, etc.) - The staff was always nice and overly accommodating! I was worried that they would push the timeshare presentation on me, but not a single person did, which I appreciated. My criticisms (all minor): - The front desk is not open 24/7. We were originally planning on arriving between 11PM and midnight, but after learning last minute that check-in ends at 10PM on weeknights, we had to rearrange our plans. This isn't the end of the world, but something to be mindful of. - Our TV connection was not working most of the time. We were trying to watch sports or movies during our stay, and often had a bad connection. - The dryer in our room would not dry our clothes. We ran the dryer through its full cycle probably 3-4 times before giving up; our clothes were still extremely damp. -The recreation room was pretty minimal, and the gym was fairly small. Overall, I would come back again. I think it served its purpose as an incredibly spacious place to stay for relatively cheap in one of the most beautiful towns in America.

The check-in process was easy and they will give you a parking pass that needs to be viewable while you were on the property. Once we entered the room, we found it to be ordinary. We had a standard king-size bed, a small kitchen and a private balcony area. Two pool towels are located in each room. As we adjusted the air, we noticed the air vent was absolutely filthy. After we settled our luggage, I went to get ice near the pool. The ice machine was broken. I went to the front desk to ask for another location and the receptionist didn't even look up from her phone and just told me "go outside to the right" after some nearby hikes in the area, we came back to the room and decided to go to the pool area closest to our unit (239P) it was late afternoon as we entered the pool. It was a little chilly so we decided to go to the hot tub. The hot tub was also broken. We collected our items and went to the larger pool to use that hot tub. The trash by the pool was completely full the day we arrived and was never emptied in four days. Trash was literally overflowing onto the ground. The Wi-Fi in the room does work, but it is very weak. Parking is very limited in the afternoon when everyone is done with hiking. They reserve six spots in front of the front desk for check-in after a four day stay I had only ever saw a gold cart parked there or one car at a time checking in. After paying for a room, I don't appreciate it being treated like an Airbnb. The instructions on the checkout sheet asked us to load the dishwasher and run it collect all trash from the room and return the keys to the front desk. If you were looking for a resort style place to stay in Sedona, do not stay here.

The entire home was super clean, linens and towels were soft and plush, and the dishes, cookware, and other supplies were in great supply and good condition. Having the outdoor grill was fabulous as well. You can make a quick bite or craft a gourmet meal in the beautiful kitchen. The Bella Dona is literally a haven of peaceful rest after a day of exploring all of the beauty that Sedona and the rest of Arizona has to offer. Whether you want to relax in the hot tub or just shower off and enjoy spreading out in the living room or on the patio, you will feel the tensions of the day just melt away. They have a lovely chess/checkers/backgammon game board in the living room plus numerous board and card games under the bar if that's your thing. We had one minor mechanical issue while we were there and the staff fixed it while we were out (we granted permission for them to enter). We experienced nothing but fantastic customer service from booking through check-out. They were easy to reach when we had questions and very quick to respond. Each of the staff I encountered were incredibly polite and professional and helped us in every way they could. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying at the Sedona Bella Dona!

In February we booked a vacation through AirBnB with Dove Wing Knoll; one of I Love Sedona's properties. 45 days out from our July 2022 reservation we told them that we had no choice but to postpone our trip due to our new home build's closing delay (we are now closing on our house the week we were supposed to be on vacation). They said they would "do us a favor" and allow us to reschedule the trip before August 2022, but there were only a handful of days available in the booking calendar between June and August 31st, and we have children that cannot miss school unless it is during a school break. It was an unrealistic offer and they knew it. We attempted to negotiate with them, asked for a credit for a future stay in lieu of a refund, but NOPE. They are completely unwilling. I asked to speak with someone in senior leadership about our situation and was told I was already speaking to "the highest ranking company representative that speaks with guests."...really? Seems a bit odd. I wonder if the owner, Jim Bizily realizes how pompous that sounds. We are paying them almost 5k and getting NOTHING in return. We tried resolution/mediation with AirBNB customer service, and have opened a claim with BBB. I realize at this point they have gotten away with 5k of our hard earned money, but I will be damned if I don't warn others so they do not make the same mistake we did in booking with this company. It is sad to see the bigger property management/vacation rental companies taking over AirBnB and VRBO and essentially stealing from customers by using their ridiculous policies to take advantage of the customers with good will. We just wanted to change our reservation dates. Damn....we got all this instead.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit was perfect for the retreat myself and friends were attending for a 3 day trip. There's I think 15 or 16 units, I believe all are 2 bedrooms. If you're able to schedule in advance, you and friends/family could get them side by side like our group did and it makes it great for going back and forth to visit. The condo was clean and well stocked, the views are breathtaking, and below is a fire pit, waterfall feature and a bocce ball court. We used it for sunrise yoga with our group. There's no pool, but it's still a great condo for the price and location. Tucked away precariously it seemed when driving up a snaking road, it's maintained well and very quiet. The red mountain vista views literally out your door are resplendent. About 15 minute drive to Airport Vortex and the Supta, 10 minute drive to the main area of Sedona, although we walked back and forth from there in about 30-40 minutes. Very nice, would definitely return.

When I contacted them to request a refund with a promise to rebook as soon as she was all healed up. Their response was "there is nothing we can do". I had just spent over $3,200.00 on my little girl's emergency surgery and there would be no way for me to be in Sedona while she recovered... so Foothills Property Management felt it would be appropriate to steal over $2,000.00 from me instead of changing dates or refunding me in full. When I got my attorney involved they told me that they didn't appreciate me getting my attorney involved... well, I don't appreciate you trying to steal over $2,000.00 of my hard-earned money while my little girl is in a dire situation. They also attempted to admonish me by saying that the rental dates were my responsibility and that I should honor my commitments... THE NERVE! There is something about waking up surrounded by Sedona's red rocks and that incredible stillness that immediately makes you slow down and appreciate where you are. I especially loved how peaceful the entire property felt. It has so much more warmth and character than a typical hotel.
