Great to work with. House was spacious, clean, quiet neighborhood. Communication was on point. And special requests we had were taken care of without question. Thanks so much for a great valentines day weekend!

We stayed at Sedona Breeze, and it was an AMAZING experience. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. It has breathtaking views from the back patio, very private, quiet and relaxing. The home is lovely, well stocked with anything you could need. A nice BBQ in the back for grilling, which we didn't use on this trip. Cute little pool, spa that you can pay to have heated, which we did and it was so nice! Another great feature of this property is that you can access it from the 89A instead of the State route 179, so there is less traffic. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a nice place to relax and enjoy Sedona!!!

In a word.. WOW! This home is absolutely luxurious, down to every detail. The first thing you notice is the landscape and the gorgeous composite deck on the front of the home, with ample space for looking at the red rocks, entertaining, dining or having drinks outdoors and enjoying the hot tub. Once you enter, you're in that huge open floor plan that includes the great room, modern kitchen and dining area with seating for 14 people. That whole front area of the home featured some breathtaking "postcard" views, from the inside and out. It was easy to find, but still a few blocks off of the main drag, so the street was very quiet. Believe me when I say, this place is spotless and there was so much attention paid to every modern detail. And I must say, I'm the type who doesn't like to be away from my own bed for very long, but the bedroom we stayed in was so comfortable, I slept better than I sleep at home. The floors, the decor and the wall accents were just gorgeous! There were also plenty of linens to go around, that's a detail that often gets overlooked with larger rentals, but not here. It wouldn't have mattered anyway, with the full laundry room with a modern, full-size washer and dryer.. On the lower level, you'll find the private casita-type area, with its own private entry. There's also bunk sleeping for a half-a-dozen or so, along with a 3-car garage with a ping-pong table. The backyard entertaining includes more composite deck space with a 2-hole putting green, comfortable lounge chairs, shady trees and even an artificial lawn, if you want to just throw down a towel and get some sun. I really enjoyed hot tubbing on the front deck, under all of those stars. I had never spent the night in Sedona, so that was a huge bonus. TIP: Bring a telescope or at least some binoculars, if you're really into stargazing. We met up there with two other families, so we just split the expenses and made some amazing memories together. If you're looking to get away from home for a while and reconnect with family or friends, while taking in all of the beauty that Sedona has to offer, I can't think of a better place to to it. We're hoping to go back during the winter months so we can see the rocks wit some snow on them and enjoy the views with the sun at a different angle. I just can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this home and all of amenities. I highly recommend this rental. You won't be sorry you stayed here.

On our first morning, we arrived at the restaurant around 10:45 a.m. and were told breakfast service was ending. Our only options were to wait for lunch or try room service, which wasn't guaranteed. This was especially frustrating given how far our room was from the dining area. We asked the front desk if we could place a room service order without returning to our room. Although the concierge tried to help, no one followed up for about 15 minutes. While our server was kind, the manager, Ryan, made no effort to resolve the situation or take accountability. Despite the dining area being nearly empty, we were told we could not be seated and had to take our breakfast to go. Hoping for better service the next day, we ordered room service again and were told the wait would be one hour. Our food arrived an hour and twenty minutes later. We were also told the Duck Pond pool was open 24 hours, but when we arrived it was dark, unattended, covered in dirty towels, and had no clean towels available, giving the impression it was closed. While the setting is stunning, the disorganization and lack of service significantly impacted our stay.

We were welcomed by a spotless room with the fresh Jerome wind blowing through the windows. Restroom was fully stocked and super clean. We had a microwave, min fridge and coffee maker. We were pleasantly surprised with two wine glasses as well as a ticket for a free sandwich at the Hilltop Deli (delicious stacked sandwich place with AMAZING view of Jerome). I highly recommend staying here. You can tell the owners take pride in their home as well as in the town. We were extremely pleased and have absolutely no complaints. Some places to check out: Haunted Hamburger for mouthwatering margaritas and burgers (veggie options available), Flat Iron Cafe for your breakfast coffee fix, Caduceus Cellars for rich & divine wine and small bites (top of the line customer service by all staff members) and the Jerome State Park for a fun and educational presentation on the old copper mining town. I highly recommend putting on your comfortable walking shoes and taking a walk around the town. Explore and take lots of photos. Jerome is a breathtaking town with many kindhearted residents.

We stayed two nights in a one-bedroom suite at the Sedona Springs Resort…read more I'll start with the good: - The prices here were far more reasonable than most other places in Sedona; Sedona in general is an expensive tourist town, so save on lodging where you can. - The one bedroom suite was massive. We had one regular bed and two pull-outs, plus a full kitchen (full fridge, dish washer, stove, etc.), and the room had supplies for cooking and dining in. We also had a large dining room table. - The resort has plenty of amenities for long-term stays (a laundry room, pools, gym, etc.) - The staff was always nice and overly accommodating! I was worried that they would push the timeshare presentation on me, but not a single person did, which I appreciated. My criticisms (all minor): - The front desk is not open 24/7. We were originally planning on arriving between 11PM and midnight, but after learning last minute that check-in ends at 10PM on weeknights, we had to rearrange our plans. This isn't the end of the world, but something to be mindful of. - Our TV connection was not working most of the time. We were trying to watch sports or movies during our stay, and often had a bad connection. - The dryer in our room would not dry our clothes. We ran the dryer through its full cycle probably 3-4 times before giving up; our clothes were still extremely damp. -The recreation room was pretty minimal, and the gym was fairly small. Overall, I would come back again. I think it served its purpose as an incredibly spacious place to stay for relatively cheap in one of the most beautiful towns in America.

The only positive aspect I can give about Sedona Springs resort is the location in Sedona. It sits…read morein the heart of the city and it is super easy to get to everything in the Sedona area. The check-in process was easy and they will give you a parking pass that needs to be viewable while you were on the property. Once we entered the room, we found it to be ordinary. We had a standard king-size bed, a small kitchen and a private balcony area. Two pool towels are located in each room. As we adjusted the air, we noticed the air vent was absolutely filthy. After we settled our luggage, I went to get ice near the pool. The ice machine was broken. I went to the front desk to ask for another location and the receptionist didn't even look up from her phone and just told me "go outside to the right" after some nearby hikes in the area, we came back to the room and decided to go to the pool area closest to our unit (239P) it was late afternoon as we entered the pool. It was a little chilly so we decided to go to the hot tub. The hot tub was also broken. We collected our items and went to the larger pool to use that hot tub. The trash by the pool was completely full the day we arrived and was never emptied in four days. Trash was literally overflowing onto the ground. The Wi-Fi in the room does work, but it is very weak. Parking is very limited in the afternoon when everyone is done with hiking. They reserve six spots in front of the front desk for check-in after a four day stay I had only ever saw a gold cart parked there or one car at a time checking in. After paying for a room, I don't appreciate it being treated like an Airbnb. The instructions on the checkout sheet asked us to load the dishwasher and run it collect all trash from the room and return the keys to the front desk. If you were looking for a resort style place to stay in Sedona, do not stay here.

They gave design tips, coordinated amazing photos, cleaning, linens, additional maintenance, and created all of the third-party listings without us having to micromanage anything. When there's an issue with the property, they are quick to respond. We had a furnace issue over a weekend and they went out to the property multiple times to meet with vendors and rectify the situation quickly.
