One run to a storage unit and a separate move to handle the big move. For both moves, the team showed up on time, handled our belongings with care & professionalism, and were efficient with their time. I was impressed with how well organized the team was & how they went above & beyond to organize my storage unit (vs just putting stuff in there all willy-nilly, making the most of the small space). Rates were extremely reasonable & we will hire them again. Prices include a 26' box truck and plastic wrapping used for the move was provided for a minimal fee (comparable prices had I purchased it myself directly from Home Depot). The only improvement I would recommend is a call the day before to confirm the move or an email confirmation after setting the appointment. Don't misunderstand - the moving team showed up on the agreed upon date at the agreed upon time. With everything we had going on, plus everyone reacting to state-wide shutdowns due to covid-19, a confirmation would've given me a peace of mind for one thing on my very long to-do list & to confirm I didn't screw up on my end. Of everything we moved between both moves, only 1 large terra cotta pot was split. Everything else was moved safely & without breakage. I would absolutely recommend Go Orange Moving and stand behind the 5 star rating. Thanks Go Orange Moving!

I went into very upset and the woman behind the counter said it's because there a few kudos in the mail box. I called kudos she said she didn't understand they don't have addresses they just drop off at post office. They sent all my mail back to sender. Who do they think they are. I have talked to so many people that feel the same way I do. They need to change management

After going through our condo and going over in great detail with the representative of Muscle Movers, what needs to be padded and wrapped properly, he was in agreement and understood the importance., or so it seemed. We were quoted a price, at the end of it all it was doubled. They were responsible for this move from Sedona to Phoenix, to unload in a Upack truck to be moved to NY. We were told the down payment along with the balance could be paid using our credit card. Before our belongings arrived, we were asked to use paypal for the balance. We we told they were having difficulties with other arrangements. I had asked to see the contract before our move and excuses were made, and finally received it via text while the belongings were in transit. Read the contract., please. Take note that this company takes no responsibilities for ANYTHING. They put it all on their independent contractors., who's names are not provided and they did not sign the contract. Our belongings arrived. The bulkhead door was never closed or padlocked. Many of our pieces were broken, damaged, ruined. They didn't pack floor to ceiling (which also would have saved us with Upack's cost) They didn't pack it tightly with full knowledge it was going to be a long haul. WE have mid century pieces, furniture, irreplaceable pieces and more, ruined. When questioned, excuses were made and they placed full blame on their independent contractors. They took no responsibility. They resorted to name calling and made false accusations. Completely unprofessional . Insurance doesn't cover this. PayPal does not get involved. and, be prepared to have to prove to your credit company with your claim the damages done. two photos are shown to give an idea. This would be a one star review if the owner didn't call me back a 2nd time…read more Booked a small job (5 items) and, of course, they have a minimum: 3hrs + truck rental = $309. Was suggested to me by the rep I first contacted that they could take unwanted items to Goodwill (or charity of my choice) with the "extra time" that wouldn't be used on such a small job. When I booked the job (with the owner!) he reiterated that option also. I also told them that I would have a big job coming up in the near future - thinking they'd be on their best behavior. The truck driver/mover showed up and immediately said he had time constraints (more jobs) and it was up to his discretion if he took any items to Goodwill. When he got some "push back" he said he called the office and got no answer. So: two lies. There were no other jobs that day for him. Also: he *did* call the office and got into an argument with the owners wife. I asked for the owner to call me to discuss. My interaction with Kevin was not what I expected. At one point I even said "do you care at all about what I'm saying or just waiting for me to finish so you can get off the phone?!?" No apology, no interest in what I was saying... The owner called me back after some time - seems he got the opportunity to speak to his wife and to talk one-on-one with the mover. His attitude had changed quite a bit. The fact that he didn't initially believe me and blew me off is really frustrating. What is ultimately most important is that he's not going to replace this employee with someone who cares (and is honest). I'm sure no one is surprised that the next job is going to another business. Also: I'm out of state. The other people involved are all local. They will be using word of mouth to let everyone they know about their experience with "Help U Move".

Cassidy cheerfully accepted the challenge! I explained that I was very particular about cleanliness and she said she'd do what I needed. The move was anything but straight-forward with dates bouncing around. I did have advance notice, but she was also flexible when situations changed. She and her crew showed up on time and ready to go. They worked the whole day getting my kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and even jewelry organized. EVERY dish was washed and dried. ....and they seemed to ENJOY it! They were very warm and friendly! Most moving services would not offer this level of assistance! I'm so grateful they could do for me what is extremely difficult to do myself!

11/7/2018 Based on a recommendation, I used this company. Eric and Sandra were very nice, as were Felipe and David, the packers/movers. I had quite a bit of reservations as to the "double" move, but Eric assured me that the guys were professional. Well, Felipe and David arrived, on time, but had no packing boxes. They didn't think they were packing my home? Eric corrected this, and brought boxes. Only 2 incidences of concern happened when they packed my home. #1. Soda was spilled on my wool rug. By the time I got out to the living room, saw the soda on the floor and wiped it up, then went outside, the mover was HOSING it down with water from the neighbor's faucet! Wool + water = disaster! #2. I walked out to the living room to find one of the movers had my glass top coffee table on end and JERKED it out of the white lacquer base! I exclaimed something and he said "No worry; the silver bolts will cover that up." Both incidences were reported to Sandra that night, when she called me to get the first 1/2 of the payment. I paid her, and told her I would let her know about the rug, but we could pretty much consider it ruined. She agreed. The same 2 movers came down to the Valley on August 9th. Things I noticed as they were bringing my things into the condo are described below. But, toward the end, I kept getting told to hurry and unpack the wardrobe boxes, because they were just loaners, and they wanted to leave. And I was also told I needed to pay for the 2nd half of the move. I called Sandra, gave her my debit number, and asked that she run the card the following day. As I was unpacking, I noticed these things: rug ruined, several gouges in the newly painted walls(need repair), bed not put back together correctly, had an awful feeling when mover went to get the drill)needs repaired), 1/2 of my silverware tray in one box, 1/2 in another(took 3 days to find it in the living room box), shower curtain rings not with the shower curtains, and not in the room box that they were in(had to buy new rings so I could shower), bedding not in ANY bedroom boxing, living room pillows and blankets are somewhere in the garage storage boxes(still haven't found), as they weren't in any indoor room boxes, I am really not sure what else might be out in the garage, they packed and loaded a box of cat food and items that they were told was going with me(had to go buy cat food and such), they haphazardly stacked and put heavy bins on top of light ones in the garage, and they further damaged the coffee table. One of the movers "said" he found one of the footers for my bedroom lamp, but he didn't leave it.(lamp is off kilter still, until I find 4 replacement footers). AND, they packed a very expensive bio-ethanol, stainless steel fireplace, with glass still ATTACHED, in a dishpack, on its side, with NO PACKING PAPER! (It was scratched). The frustration of not being able to find my forks for 3 days or take a shower until I bought rings, or make up the guest bed for guests coming the following weekend, etc was INFURIATING! I immediately took pictures of the coffee table, and emailed them to Sandra on 8/20, after I called and got her email. We talked, and I let her know that I needed to come up to Sedona the following day, for a dental appointment, and that I would bring the rug and coffee table for her to see, to which she agreed and which I did, around 1:00pm. I offered to leave the coffee table there for Eric to see, but Sandra declined. I told her that white lacquer cannot be repaired. She assured me that Eric was an honest man. I had a family of 11 trip out of the country at the end of September, was very busy, so I didn't contact them until I got home. I left messages on October 14th and October 20th. Today is November 7th, and I have heard nothing from them. read more

We had a quick turnaround, relatively small move from Sedona to Flagstaff. Fortunately, there was an opening and we could schedule our move within a few days. Sandy was awesome and put us at ease. The price quoted was an hourly rate and VERY reasonable. As promised, Sandy confirmed with us just prior to the move. The movers, John and Tim arrived a few minutes early and got started right away. We can't say enough about these two guys. Very courteous, offered some good tips, handled furniture and boxes with great care, and knocked out the loading in a very short time. At the destination, they kicked butt. Had to deal with apartment residents and a slow elevator, but did a stand-up job. They placed furniture right where we asked and even helped roll out a large rug. This was the smoothest move I've ever been in. Great experience and highly recommend them. read more

Sedona Moving and Storage moved my mother and father in law from Sedona to California. They were careful, efficient, and very friendly. Nothing was broken in the move and there was a lot of glassware and knickknacks. Both Pablo and Adrian were helpful and courteous and had good suggestions about furniture placement. I really don't like the people who own this building. In fact, there are no people other than the…read moreover-worked woman/women at the counter who, I think, are afraid of being spied on by the management if you make an inquiry at 5:45pm. This building is not user-friendly. For example, there is no place for any sort of trash other than the bathroom. No dumpster, no nothing. In the winter, the lowest floor is "officially" kept at 50 degrees and the ground and upper floors are kept at 55 degrees. You have to wear winter clothing to be in your storage space for other than a few minutes.. even if it sunny and warm outside. When the seasons change, they are slow to respond to the changes. This second summer, it was 84 degrees until finally the robot changed the temp. It is as if some budget-based robot is scrimping pennies. Once it really becomes summer do they "condition the environment." There's no paper towels in the bathrooms--just a crappy air blower to remind you not to wash your hands in the first place. I guess we should be thankful there is some sort of bathroom. I do not understand why there is no regard for human beings in this place. Yes, we are storing boxes of books, etc.. but you can freeze your ass off in the winter months. On the other hand, the place is clean and lighting is good.. No telling how much these people make each month.. seems there could be a bit of a regard for the paying customer.

A broken desk which could not be donated anywhere was heavy and awkward but he got it right out and on his trailer bound for the landfill. His price was very reasonable. Would definitely hire again!
