This past Sunday, I accidentally ordered the wrong size weight pockets and dropped them a line asking that they please call me, because of my mistake. I received a call the next day, Monday, letting me know that they had already found the weight pockets I needed, even though they weren't listed on their site, and they could have them sent out that same day. Here it is Thursday morning and my weight pockets have arrived, as well as stickers and lollipops. I look forward to purchasing more gear from Woodlands Dive Center in the future.

The skills are practiced on land and in the water they are both very thorough and make sure you are comfortable before moving on with the training. They will answer questions about gear and recommend the best fit for you. However I never felt pressured to buy any gear since the gear is included with the training. I asked about places to dive with while travelling to Mexico and honduras and got some excellent recommendations. These guys are laid back and i would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking to get certified.

Trained with William Brooks, went to a lake and a swimming pool and he was very thorough. Price was ok, not unreasonable. I've since gone diving in places all over Mexico, Honduras, Belize and Puerto Rico. One thing that struck me was how William said, "Don't worry about your lack of the skill now, the more you dive the more you're going to absorb it.... you're going to be a great diver". but it drove me to be a better diver every time I'd go into the water. Not even sure if he's even still employed there but anyhow well worth it. One thing I believe in is always to go back to your roots and TDC was the path to my adoration of the ocean.

The cancelation just says "Order #7000 was canceled because of unforeseen circumstances and your payment has been voided." with no further details. He feels the need to lie for some reason. They sent divers ridiculously under weighted to the point they couldn't desend, the ocean was very rough and The dive master wasn't even suited when we were on the surface. I dive CA so I'm used to current, but this was really rough. A few of these people were resort divers and teally struggled. . It was a really dangerous situation. The dive master didn't even do the deco stop at the right depth. My partner and I ignored him and we went to the correct 15 ft. The group followed us. I guess no one had any confidence in him. My partner who has over 30 years teaching diving got everone weighted properly for the secound dive. There was no safety diver on the boat. It was a 3 hr ride to the site on a boat with no head.

I have been buying firearms for longer than the staff here has been alive and never waited more than 15 minutes, even on a "researching" status. This place will then tell you they will call you when they get a response, but they won't even do that. You are forced to reach out to them and check and that's just sad it even comes to that. There are always at least 2 people manning the counter and they still can't seem to do even the basics correctly. Do yourself a favor and go to a real gun store if you're looking for actual service and people who actually know how to communicate. How this place is still around is beyond me.
