Well I was feeling like that until the Better Window Cleaning came and cleaned all my windows inside and out, leaving everything sparkling and clear again. This was the third time this team has cleaned my windows over the past 6 years or so. They always do an amazing job and are somehow able to get to the impossible-to-reach areas. I have a particularly problematic kitchen window (ok the whole house is problematic since it's 4 stories high and along a slope, which is why I can't clean the windows myself) that's up on the third floor, on a hill, and behind a tree, and they came back not once but TWICE with different equipment to clean it until I was satisfied that it was clean. I really couldn't believe they went to all that trouble, since I told them I wasn't even sure if they'd be able to reach that window. It's the kitchen window so obviously I look through it alot and it makes a huge difference in my world to have it clean again. Apparently they serviced my roof too, which is another thing they've done multiple times. My roof is super high up and I don't have a good way to see how it's looking but my assumption is that it's moss free and good for another year of leaves falling and birds jumping around up there without my needing to worry the roof is in bad shape. Honestly this team goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. They're super easy to deal with, since they use text/email/phone calls, and everyone from the team I met over the times I called and they came back to clean the problem window was very gracious and helpful.
