She was the only one who got back to me with exactly what I was asking for. The boat I bought was a 2002 Sea Chaser. After taking it out twice, there were some noticeable problems with the boat; mostly due to the prior owner. Sunray went above and beyond to make it right. Art (services) is probably the only services guy I have met that will say "You don't need that part right now, and here is why." Then when we got out boat back, the seat cover looked like they just ripped it out of snap.They also installed the incorrect underwater lights, even after I told them in an email on a phone call, and on a list which ones we wanted. We have been trying for over a week now that the one of the owners call us to discuss our issues... NO RESPONSE FROM THEM AT ALL! SERVICE AND RESPONSE AFTER BUYING THE BOAT IS TERRIBLE. Anyone who owns a boat will understand: our boat would NOT start. Our "vacation" was in serious jeopardy. While I was bust trying to get it started, my wife called several places. ("Sorry..." "Booked solid...") No Joy... Finally, she called Tampa Boat Repair. It turned out that they were located about 5-minutes from where we were staying. However, It was the day before Thanksgiving, and it was about 3PM... Ronnie was finishing a job in north Tampa, but he agreed to meet me on his way home... Did I mention that they are a mobile service...? He met me at our boat, performed several diagnostic tests, pulled the front of the engine cover, and found a fouled carb. 10-minutes later, we were back in business...! I eagerly paid his (modest) fee with a generous tip. I wish i could offer more than just a five-star rating for Ronnie's responsiveness and accommodation. In short, he saved our vacation.
