What an adorable hidden local gem. I am so upset I did not know about this adorable perfect cafe in the heart of Royal Palm. Food was excellent , service was great with a friendly local charm, and best part you get to enjoy the beautiful weather with cute fur babies to look at . The stem wear is perfect all different of each order. This is now my favorite place! I won't be going anywhere else.

This place is cute on a nice day out . It literally outside in the middle of the park. Food is good. Breakfast potatoes were great. They do charge extra is you pay by card so bring cash. There was also a one man band playing music .

I absolutely love coming here for breakfast. The service is so good, and the food is amazing. I love the environment and the live music the iced coffees are also all so delicious. I usually order the 2-2-2 and I love it because it's a great breakfast and it's a good price. It gets really busy on Saturdays but it's definitely worth coming.

Quiant charming restaurant in Royal Palm in a park. Food was fresh, not overly seasoned. Highlight was the potatoes that I loved with their green sauce. Biscuit and French toast was pretty good

First and foremost, Seed Cafe has a lovely location, with plenty of outdoor seating, situated in the middle of a small park. Parking was easy and free along a side street of the park. Although they were busy during Friday lunch service, we were greeted and seated quickly. The waitstaff were friendly too. The Seeds menu has plenty of breakfast/brunch/lunch options, including a number of custom biscuit sandwiches, salads, and wraps. Between us, we ordered a cold brew, a cucumber lemonade (highly recommend), a breakfast croissant sandwich, and a vegetarian Benedict (sautéed spinach and mushrooms). Overall, the drinks were great, but the food was a little on the bland side. We enjoyed our entrees, but both felt they were slightly lacking. I did particularly enjoy their seasoned potatoes which came as my side dish.

We haven't been here in a while, so it was nice to go back. They added some items to the menu, which was a great thing to see. There are options for everyone it seems like. Thankfully it wasn't too busy so we were seated fairly quickly. I love how the dining is outdoors so whenever it is a beautiful day, it's nice to dine out. This time we ordered some coffees, and the hangover, and the chicken BLT on a croissant. The food items were new to us and a great addition to the menu. The flavors meshed very well together and was a very enjoyable meal!

The restaurant is small and parking is limited. Staff was very friendly, They serve breakfast here all day. My husband had one of their breakfast specials, while I had something from the lunch side of their menu. He got their "Georgia Breakfast". It had two biscuits with sausage and cheese topped with sausage gravy along with two over easy eggs and grits. He said the biscuits were wonderful -- nice and soft inside. We were surprised to learn they were not house made, but from a food service company, Cheney Brothers. I got their crispy chicken club sandwich. The all white meat chicken was breaded and fried. It was very good. Came with a few strips of bacon, a large slice of red tomato, and a lettuce leaf. The bacon could have been a tad more well done. And the bun -- called a Kaiser roll on the menu -- was more like a hamburger bun. I didn't eat the bread. Got potato salad as my side. It was eggy and slightly sweet from the pickle relish. Good, but not my favorite. I had to get a biscuit to go -- just to try one -- and ate it in the car with the provided butter as my "dessert". Glad we got to try this place. Definitely a good option for breakfast. Although their pot roast special of the day looked appealing, too .

A brief drive south, Morgan's is nestled among auto body shops and parts dealers. Plenty of parking outside. And, as soon as we entered we knew this was our newest go-to. Unassuming facade with the name out front. On entry about 7 booths and 6 tables, together with counter service for a handful more. Classic diner griddle in the open kitchen. Seasonal (Halloween) decor. Classic diner menu. Plenty of options of nearly everything for everyone. Servers were conversational, fun, and pleasant. Quick on their feet. No delays for drinks or food. First cup of coffee was thin, so our server/owner brewed a fresh double cup to accommodate taste. A perfect veggie omelette with grits and English muffin disappeared. My chicken fried steak and eggs with sausage gravy and a house baked biscuit was a perfect plate. Every component was precise - eggs over exactly medium, crispy breaded steak, exceptional sausage gravy, and a biscuit that had to be held down so it didn't float away. Bottomless drinks and great food in a clean, well-lighted space. The extra boost is the most reasonable prices anywhere in south Florida. I cannot wait to return with more friends. This off the pages tasty venue should not be a complete secret! Can I leave 6 stars???

There was a good amount of people there around lunchtime yesterday. The aesthetic of this place is modern and clean and very Florida-seque. I went with the tuna poke wrap and loved that the server ask if you have any food allegories, something I got accustomed to being over in Europe. I waited for about 10 minutes for my order, and when I received it I was very surprised. It was this huge wrap with a side of baked pita chips. The pita chips were kinda burnt, so they were a no for me. However, the wrap was on a whole wheat wrap with raw tuna, rice, avocado, veggies, and a side of a spicy aioli. It was like eating a poke bowl in a wrap form. The ponzu yuzu sauce made the fresh raw tuna standout. They filled the wrap with so many ingredients, I could only eat a half of the wrap. I wasn't a fan of the spicy aioli, only because it wasn't spicy. It did leave me wanting to sprinkle some sriracha on it. This place did exceed my expectations and I get the hype. I can't wait to come back to try the avocado toast and a smoothie.

The space is clean, modern, and has a laid-back but upscale brunch vibe. Sitting at the bar was the perfect choice the setup is sleek, and it gives you a front-row view of everything going on. Between the lighting, the open feel, and the energy in the room, it just felt like a place you can relax, vibe, and enjoy your food. We sat at the bar, and I highly recommend it if you want the full experience. The bartenders were amazing super welcoming, engaging, and entertaining while making drinks. It made the whole visit feel fun and personal. Now let's get into the food because this is where they really shine. We ordered: * Banana Bourbon Coconut French Toast - $16 * Regular French Toast (side) - $16 * Oxtail & Grits - $25 * Eggs & Sausage - $10 First, the French toast... absolutely incredible. The bread was extremely soft, rich, and perfectly soaked without being soggy. The banana bourbon coconut flavor took it to another level sweet, buttery, and full of flavor. Definitely the star of the table. The oxtail & grits were just as impressive. The oxtail was tender, well-seasoned, and fell right off the bone, paired with creamy, smooth grits that balanced everything out perfectly. Even the eggs and sausage simple but done right. No complaints across the board. Total came out to around $67 before tax, and honestly, it was worth every dollar considering the quality, portions, and overall experience. Overall: Great food, great ambience, and excellent customer service. This is one of those spots where you leave already planning your next visit. 10/10 I'll definitely be back.
