I will say the first thing that made me smile is the bright yellow exterior; I am a bright color gal and have a very Mediterranean influenced color palette so imagine my surprise when I realized the beers were Czech influenced (I relate this to my trip to the Med which led me to Prague a few weeks later). Next thing was our kiddos (fur babies) were welcome on the patio and the bartenders didn't get frustrated at the initial barking; they are large chihuahuas. I loved the free popcorn and the menus they had available for delivery although most stopped delivering by 9 on a Friday night, booooo. We missed the food truck, too. Next coolest thing are the authentic beer steins! The explained one of the owners proudly displays his grandparents steins, including these gigantic wedding steins. Since we are having a Paris/Prague themed wedding, this was another plus in my book. Everyone was so nice and we met another owner and his wife who loved our kiddos and were more than happy to have them around. And the beer, YUMMY! I tried about four different ones and loved them all. They are very affordable, too. For three people it was only $60- score! Needless to say, I am looking forward to heading back. Great beers, friendly service, cool atmosphere--what more can you want. Had a flight and enjoyed the variety, decided to have a pint of the Vienna Lager and took home a growler of it. To be honest I knew I would like this brewery before I even stepped foot inside the door. It's partly owned by a couple guys from Nebraska and is the Husker brewery!! All the games can be seen here in wonderful company. Being from Nebraska, I felt at home as soon as I entered. Close to Mile High Stadium, on West Colfax, it has a welcoming neighborhood feel. They have a great patio, free popcorn, and best of all...great beer!! I love that they have a wide variety of beers that are not heavy on the IPAs like so many other places. With that being said their IPA is fantastic. My favorite beer, however, is their Bohemian Ale which is also their best seller I am told. They have lots of events, from bike rides, to dog gatherings, to yoga. They also have rotating food trucks right out front. They have a small parking lot, with additional parking in the neighborhood and along Colfax. Taylor was great behind the bar, very friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Alright. I was up here this past Thursday with a veterans group. We could not have been more impressed with the style of the whole damn thing. From the people to the atmosphere is really good to go! The staff is super friendly and knowledgable about beer. Got in a conversation about the wonderfully fuller body Premium Czech beer and I learned so much! I got caught up in the people on this review and didn't get to the beer as much but it was carefully crafted and better than good. I recommend the Czech style any-day! I love the atmosphere, the service, and the location of this brewery. I would argue that while the beers are tasty, there is nothing particularly amazing about their selection. And maybe I've been to too many breweries in Colorado, but it bothers me that their beers are just named "IPA", "Amber", "Hefeweizen", etc. I'm probably the only person that is bothered by that, though. :) Overall, a great location. First time here and I can tell you I was very pleased visiting this new brewery. Will definitely go back! First of all, I am currently on crutches and having a handicap space was a blessing. Second, excellent customer service, the moment we walked in and the host noticed there were no tables inside (place was packed), he made space inside and set one up for us without us even asking! Not only that but he was kind to take our order, I didn't need to hop to the bar. Beer is good and brewery has lots of potential. Well located and the decor is pretty nice. The Broyhan beer is super refreshing on a hot day. The Vienna lager is more or less exactly what I'm looking for in that style of beer. And we felt like the IPA is not over-hopped, not overly pine flavored. Good stuff. Had a great time here chatting with the brewmaster Jason and his father. Really good guys - very positive. The space is clean and airy, the bar top is really cool reclaimed wood. We'll be back whenever we head over to this side of town. read more

Went here for the first time to celebrate a friends birthday. Great chill atmosphere if you're looking to grab a beer with friends. There's a food truck, free popcorn, and a great patio! Seedstock is the best new brewery in Denver. Two of the owners, Ron and Jason, are brothers of German and Czech descent, and their beer pays homage to their ancestors who brewed those style beers on a farm in Nebraska. The service is also really friendly and efficient! A great new neighborhood spot for locals but impressive enough to warrant a trip from elsewhere. As of 4/14/15, they have 6 beers on tap (Kolsch, Belgian Tripel, Bohemian Dunkel, Amber, Hefeweizen, and Milk Stout) with another three taps being added over the next few weeks: the return of their ever-popular IPA (which sold out during their Grand Opening on April 1), a Vienna Lager, and a limited release Double IPA. This is not Malone's first trip to Seedstock. Today my 4 legged friend and I ventured out and ended up on Colfax. I put the pup on the patio and went inside where I was immediately greeted at the bar. I chose the Bohemian Ale. I have nothing bad to say. I love the copper color and the beer had a nice head when poured. It is less bitter then the menu led me to believe and I really enjoyed the more earthy flavor of this beer. Specializing in old-world, more traditional-style beers (you'll find no chocolate eclair beer here), this West Colfax brewery offers an unpretentious atmosphere, welcoming staff, weekly events, free popcorn, and consistently good beers. This brewery exudes neighborhood charm and it's not uncommon to start up a conversation with others sitting at the bar around you. Love that type of place. Have been to Seedstock a number of times but was extra appreciative last night when they allowed us to come in, just after closing, in order to fill up our growler for our Thanksgiving dinner. Solid brewery located on colfax. I don't live as close as many others so I'm assuming my viewpoint on the location being not solid is that I can't walk here. But beyond that, the beer is enjoyable. Had the Amber and the Hefeweizen and found both to be solid. Prices are good and they had a food truck outside. The coasters and the bar are something else for sure. read more

What an amazing atmosphere. The staff and owners are friendly and accessible. I love that I can bring my family in and have delicious taco truck food or any of the other food trucks that come in. When I'm there I can relax with some great IPA or double IPA all my kids eat the free popcorn and play the free games. The sidewalk chalk for my kids is great too!
