While the course and games may be a little dated, it is still a fun experience and way to spend a few hours out of the house. Arcade has ticket and non ticket game for prizes at the counter pre or post game if you choose to partake. Not overly scary for little ones, there are a few of the props that do move. The volcano used to erupt with fire which was so cool, each hole was very clean and now half of the plates around the holes move and can be lifted right up, most of the bricks around the areas are either not in tack and you can easily trip or hurt yourself on them or they're removed. It looks so rundown and some of the rocks on the green are even like broken. (Wish I would've took pictures) and before, at the end you would put your ball in this maze type thing and if it landed in the middle (kind of like plinko) you won another game, they did away with that awhile ago not sure why. So they have 2 paths you can go when you mini-golf. The volcano way or the boat way. They all need fixing and repairing. We just made the best of it but you got families getting bored and they just skip to the other path mid-way because they're impatient (they have rules posted not to do this). The family in front of us was using their time to hit water bottles around. It sucks because I used to love it here but it's like a ghost town, and with the prices they don't match the experience. Unfortunately there's no point in coming back unless they fix all these issues. I only gave 2 stars because the kids working there are just sweet and trying to make an honest living and I love that for them.

Came in today to see if I could get a better price on a used Taylormade 3 wood marked at $75. I had seen the same club online for $35 to $60. "Conner" the club salesman said this was a new club and worth $75. Wouldn't budge on price, even $5. I went out to my car and googled the club, it's a 2007 so it's 17 years old. Also, a lot of used 2007 Taylormade 3-woods for $35-$45, and not just EBay, but second hand shops. As I came back in, I noted the large sign on front of the building "We Meet or Beat All Prices". I found the Salesman and stated my case again, mentioning the sign out front. He got a little huffy and said the sign only applied to "new" clubs. He also said he had raised the price to $99. He then mocked my age, and said I had to leave...now! So bought the club on-line for $38 (matches my son's driver). Also, started checking out courses in the area with driving ranges (since I'm probably not going back to Great Brook due to the poor and even insulting customer service). Pequot is $5 and $10, vs $9 and $14 at Great Brook, but you can only hit irons off a mat. Elmridge was also $5 and $10, but you can hit all clubs and it's off grass, not mats.
