I arrived between 1 and 2 in the afternoon and started with Batman, which is a very fun coaster. The restraints felt extremely comfortable and secure. It can leave you a little dizzy, but it is definitely worth riding. After walking around for a bit, I made my way to Wicked Cyclone. The lines were very long, but if you come to the park often, you know which rides are worth the wait. I spent about two hours in line, and it ended up being my favorite ride of the day. Afterwards, I grabbed some ice cream near the Starbucks at the entrance. It was decent, though a bit pricey. Two cups came out to about twenty five dollars even with the season pass discount. Next, I headed to Gotham City Gauntlet and then Supergirl Sky Flyer, both of which had very short lines. After that, I rode Scream, which only had about a twenty minute wait and is another one of my favorites. I then went back toward the Batman area to ride Riddler Revenge. It does jolt your head around a bit, but it was not too bad, and the wait time was reasonable. To finish the day, I tried the new coaster Quantum Accelerator. It may not look very intense, but for a family coaster it is surprisingly good. It is very fast, has some nice airtime, and features sharp yet smooth turns that make it feel unique. Unfortunately, Superman was closed during my visit. Overall, I have been coming to this park every summer, and it remains one of the best out there, especially if you enjoy classic coasters.

There was barely any lines because the weather was not super hot. We rode all the kid rides many times. Will come back. The season pass is affordable and is a great deal this year. From the moment we arrived, the staff was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. They were always available to answer questions and made sure everyone had a safe and enjoyable experience. The park has an incredible variety of attractions for all ages. The zipline over the raptor area was a thrilling experience, and the obstacle courses provided a fun challenge. We also enjoyed the rock wall climbing, laser tag, and the arcade, which offered plenty of games to keep everyone entertained. There is truly something for everyone, whether you're a young child, a teenager, or an adult. The environment was clean, welcoming, and very kid-friendly. It was easy to see that the park is designed with families in mind, allowing children to have fun while parents can relax knowing the facility is well maintained. The food was surprisingly great, with a good selection of options that made it convenient to spend the entire day without leaving the park. If you're planning a birthday celebration, Urban Air is an excellent choice. The birthday parties are an experience in themselves, and the staff does a fantastic job of making each celebration fun, organized, and memorable for both the birthday guest and everyone attending. A special shout-out goes to Manager Ray, Assistant Manager Carlton, Team Lead Phoenix, and Hostess Hope. They are fantastic with their guests and consistently go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and dedication are a big part of what makes this place run so smoothly. Overall, Urban Air Trampoline & Adventure Park offers an amazing experience with outstanding customer service, exciting attractions, delicious food, and an atmosphere that provides enjoyment for all ages. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun family outing or a memorable place to celebrate a special occasion.

A lot of reviews talk about the uncomfortable chairs, hot sun, etc. I have no idea what they were talking about because we rented a cabana that was comfortable and very clean. Outside of that were tons of tables and comfortable chairs and loungers WITH UMBRELLAS. Don't like the lines at the snack bars? They have tons of waiters and waitresses taking orders and delivering your food to you! There were seven of us that came and from children to adults, all enjoyed it. The expectations that people have for this place are unreasonable! ALL of the information about what to expect - from socks and requirements to prices for food and admission - it's all there. The place is only opened for a few months and have a huge staff, so of course you have to pay for that! Our experience was amazing and we all look forward to going again next year, maybe for two nights. My ONLY SUGGESTION would be to keep the inflatable park open a bit longer, even into October. My grandkids loved it but it was soooo hot they couldn't really feel comfortable. All in all, some of the complaints on here are ridiculous and issues could have been eliminated If they had just done their homework! Thanks for a great celebration for my birthday! My hybrid doesn't have a spare, and the tire inflator that came with the car wouldn't work. I was stuck and wasn't sure what I was going to do. A man named Ryan pulled over and offered to help. He told me he works at Southwick Zoo. He grabbed the jack and tools from his truck, took my tire off, plugged the hole, and put everything back together. When I offered to pay him for his time and kindness, he politely refused. In a world where we often hear about the negative, I think it's important to recognize people who go out of their way to help complete strangers. Ryan's generosity, skill, and willingness to stop and help made a stressful situation so much easier. Southwick Zoo should be proud to have someone like Ryan representing them. Thank you, Ryan, for reminding me that there are still genuinely good people in this world.

Friendly people, a variety of exhibits and just an overall good time. I sprung for the combo ticket that gave me access to the train and skylift. The train was very 'meh' and defiantly more for the kids. I enjoyed the skylift, its just high enough for you to get a Birdseye view above the park, but not so high to make you unconformable, and it goes at a great speed so that you can enjoy the ride. I was little surprised as there were a few exhibits that didn't seem enclosed like the flamingos, a couple of the birds, and the prairie dogs, I don't know how they keep them in the enclosers. Taking my time I was able to do the whole zoo in about 3 hours. Like most attractions, the concession options are grossly overpriced. Everything was outside, there were no inside exhibits except for one small building. Again, a great day overall and a return trip will be in order.

I have collected Edaville souvenirs and memorabilia for as long as I could remember and I don't wanna say that I'm a train enthusiast, but my career is ON a railroad. I was seriously delighted to hear that the KRF group was going to tackle keeping the Christmas season alive at Edaville! Before our visit, a lot of the local pages on Facebook had naysayers and doubters, and I took the reins trying to be positive: "If it wasn't for the KRF group, there would be no Edaville, since the previous owner gave up and sold off all of the rides." With all that said, we visited with an open heart and mind, and were sadly, completely underwhelmed. Yes, I did notice there were more lights around the park -more so than the last few years. I thought that the giant Christmas tree just beyond the entrance was quite lovely. And, I hate to say it, but that's the end of what delighted me. The shops from the last few years were missing (Hippie Pilgrim, the antiques, the hand painted ornaments,) and the only shops to visit (and there were so few) were those also featured during the renaissance faire. To be honest, some of those shops featured Christmas items, but mostly, it was confusing and completely underwhelming. To call anything on the advertising and Edaville ticket pages a "Merry Marketplace" was quite deceiving. The Jingle Bar, advertised as 21+, was fun and festive but it was crowded with children. And the thing that really disappointed me the most? PortaPotties! It was 33° and I know the Venue has bathroom facilities! To make people use outdoor, frigid cold toilets and cold water is downright cruel! To charge $28 for a visit that doesn't include a train ride, to shop in 10-15 shops featuring old English provisions, and to pee in a PortaPotty, is a crime.

Reading through the more recent reviews it's clear a lot of people are disappointed in Edaville. My…read morefam went once for the holiday lights in December and recently for the Day Out with Thomas Event. Both times my family and I have had a ton of fun. My son is five and the majority of rides are perfect for him. This is truly a great spot for young elementary school aged kids and younger. There are a few rides where you have to be taller and keep the older kids a bit more engaged and plenty of rides for the younger bunch. Is this place pricey-- yes! But show me an amusement park that isn't. The tickets are high, but you can spend at least four+ hours at the park. We have not encountered crazy lines as others have. The Topham Hat car ride always has a longer wait at around 20ish minutes, but for almost all the others we never waited more than 5-10 minutes. The steam train ride is nice and it's a pretty long ride around the park. If your child loves trains, they will love it here. All the model trains/tracks inside are great to look at as well. It is a little weird how they must have lost their Thomas the Train licensing and the Thomas area very clearly used to be Sodor but now is a winter village. Things like the Dieselworks and the Troublesome Trucks are still pretty clear, even it it's not official. The food here is pretty standard. There is a local BBQ place that must rent out on of the stalls though, because their food was super tasty. Otherwise it's more hot dog, chicken nuggets, fried dough, popcorn, etc. I never went to Edaville before the new owners took over, so maybe that is why my perspective is different-- I have nothing to compare it to. Looking through old pictures though, I do hope they bring dinoland back! My family will be heading back in December for their Festival of Lights!
