Buying the Bike was easy, with %100 assistance from the Trek people. However, when mechanical failures came up, (Brake Caliper seal leak onto rotor), getting help was difficult. After several visits, a call to Trek Corporate, over 5 weeks, and a talk with the manager, I was able to get that problem, as well as the shifting problem and rotor centering problem worked on. I stopped in following my first bike ride in two years. (A mile into my ride my front break started rubbing). They quickly serviced the bike and at my request helped guide me thru getting what I needed to weather any future emergency. No high pressure, very friendly service, and reasonably priced. This place is really great . I've been here a few times when the place has been under different ownership. Whomever is running the place now definitely knows what they are doing . Both times I've been there in the past year the employees were polite and knowledgeable. They seem to have the best interest of of the customer in mind . A staff member invited us in and we picked out a bike and helmet,they fitted them to my grandson and we were off. Excellent follow through and on an issue I pointed out with my serviced bike. When I got the serviced Bike back to my house (a Giant Tcr advanced) I discovered a flat on my back tire and the front brake pads had not been replaced as I had requested. I called the store and explained my dissatisfaction to the Guy I spoke with and he ask me to bring the bike back right away and he'd take care of it right away. I went back to the store and he got the flat repaired and the brake pads replaced within a few minutes at no additional charge. I am definitely having all my bikes serviced there going forward. On Saturday (5/14) I purchased a Verve 3Disc Low S. They didn't have my size frame in stock, but ordered it for me. While looking at the different Verve models to compare, it was brought to my attention that the floor model had the lower quality handlebar and grip on the higher end bike. I was told that if my bike arrived like that, they would switch it out. The bike took longer to arrive, but I understand they didn't have much control over that. I picked the bike up on Monday late afternoon and rode it for the first time today. I noticed that my thumb knuckles kept bumping into the shifts on both sides. I got done my ride and and looked at the bike on line. I didn't have the handle bar and grips that showed on line. I called and they said to bring the bike in and they would switch it our for me. When I arrived, they said they would do it but it would be ready in few days. I wasn't happy! I reported to the manager that this should have been taken care of when the bike arrived and that it was discussed at the time of purchase. They let the higher priced / higher quality bike go out their doors knowing it wasn't what I paid for. Only when I inquired, they were willing to fix it...on their own time table. It's upsetting that I had to demand they fix the bike while I waited for it and that I feel taken advantage of. How many others spent the extra money for the higher quality version and got taken for a ride? read more

The worst customer service ever. This store is horribly mismanaged. Bought a 4000 bike in August, was given the wrong key for the battery and have not received it to this day. Every time we call we get the runaround. So I can't take the battery off which is a major inconvenience. Find somewhere else to buy your bike read more

I waited five months for my 50 dollar wheel to come in so wasn't able to ride my bicycle all summer. When it finally came in they charged me 135 dollars, 55 bucks for a tire! and 22 dollars to put the tire on! This is insane they should have eaten the labor cost after making me wait so long for my part and to charge 22 bucks to put on a tire is gouging to the extreme!
