This is the best Pharmacy I've ever been to. There aren't many of these family owned pharmacies around, but I happened to find this one and they really treat you like family. I've been going here for almost 10 years. The owner, Michael, is there most days and the rest of his employees are also great to work with. They always offer my kids a little treat and know them by name. There aren't long lines to wait in like some of the big box stores, but they are pretty busy. They have text refills just like the big places do and I get notified that my prescriptions are filled in just the same manner. If you live in the area and don't have a family owned place like this already I recommend you check them out and give them a chance. Lastly, the pricing is as competitive as the big box stores from my experience. They'll accept all the same coupons, insurance and apps. They even shop around for the right version of your medicine which sometimes can be tricky. read more

This is an absolute amazing place. Seena's staff is kind and those who I have been helped by have always gone out of their way to help me. Whether it be working with insurance, doctors, or something else. After having gone to CVS for many years, and consistently having horrible experiences, I was so happy to have found this hidden gem. The owner, Micheal, always greets me and other customers by name. Even the other techs or pharmacists here, I have heard, greet most of the other customers by name. Never have I sensed one of them having a condescending or rude attitude, which I have found to be quite common at other pharmacies. Best pharmacy I've been to in Orange County, hands down. Even though I live over 15 miles away, I still send my scripts here most of the time, it's less of a hassle and they get it done fast other places it's always a problem or they didn't order it or their supplier didn't deliver medication... but Senna pharmacy seems to always have their stuff together and if they don't have something, you won't find out after driving all the way down there to pick up the prescription, they will call you with options most of the time. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Super helpful. I can't imagine calling a big chain pharmacy, having an actual person answer on the first or second ring, and then telling me they will have my prescription ready in 5 minutes--which is always my experience here. They also have great cash prices if you're paying in cash/no insurance--and for us, insurance copays are the same as they would be at a big box pharmacy. I bought an over-the-counter medication at this pharmacy and never opened the sealed plastic package. When I came back to the pharmacy with my receipt and item in the original packaging, They told me that they are unable to take any returns. I asked them if that's what their return policy says and if so do they have it posted or where does it state that there are no returns. Their response was simply to they don't actually have a return policy, but would not take back my item. If they're policy is that they do not accept any returns, then it should be communicated with either a sign or on the receipt. This is why businesses like this one are struggling when they treat customers worse then larger stores. I will not return. read more

This pharmacy is the best! Michael and his staff are very professional and friendly. They get to know you as a person not like the bigger chain pharmacies which are honestly a hassle. This pharmacy is hidden behind the Wendys at Alicia and the 5. I saw it one day never knowing I would actually need a compounding pharmacy. This pharmacy is great. My dog needed a medication that had to be compounded. Michael the pharmacist worked with my vet at Hemopet and together they got the job done. What a nice guy that Michael is. One day I needed a bottle with a dropper and he sold me one of his. He has beef flavoring for dogs and tuna for cats. I am really glad I found this pharmacy. I have known Michael Parsi through another big chain pharmacy. I was very excited to hear that he had his own Pharmacy and kept it locally. I took my RX into his store and the service was fast and very convenient. I had told him the regular meds I am currently prescribed and what price I am paying for them at another Pharmacy.
