She asked her manager Sara to assist in making this right. Sara declined and stated no discount and that it was not misleading as the bottom shelf had no clearance sign on it. Upon checking out Sara had attitude and continue to tell me that I was wrong on thinking this display was misleading. Maya remained nice and helpful.

So when I went back to the Quilt show this year and saw their booth, it was definitely a must buy! We also got several other sweets because of what high quality ingredients and flavor their products have. Well... Needless to say what we bought quickly disappeared... So I went online to order from them since they are based out of Chico, CA. I ordered toffee and a chocolate caramel apple. It got here quick and nothing melted!!! They packaged it well with an ice pack, but seriously for summertime in Reno that is always impressive!! I highly recommend the pistachio toffee and the apple pie caramel apple (which reminds me of a churro). Also, they do their best to try to locally source out ingredients which is always amazing to see! So try them out, order online, and be amazed!

The pistachio toffee cookies are delicious! Some much pistachio flavor...soo good!! I haven't tried the peanut butter caramel cookies yet, but those are next. It has a thick fat cap that my boyfriend likes. IT IS DIFFICULT TO FIND! If you get their grass fed one it will run about 17 bucks. If you go for the regular one it will only cost about 6.50. I love this place! Sushi...coffee shop..made to order pizzas..hot breakfast station..deli..nice wines..etc. The employees are always super nice! Best of all is that they have outside seating for pets and will allow well behaved small dogs inside while you are shopping! Ps. Was in Chico recently and checked out the Made in Chico store for some souvenirs to bring back…read more This was unlike any other [Your favorite city] Store. This place was huge compared to the other stores in downtown. It was filled with locally-made items and food from the area and county. There were so many unique gifts and items here. We spent over an hour in the store browsing! My friend and I spent over 5 minutes talking to Patty in the food section listening to her talk about each vendor she personally worked with and knew. You could hear the passion in her voice when describing each item. The scones mix, she explained, took the chef over a year to perfect, the hot sauces, she knew every little detail. She was so knowledgeable and welcoming. In fact, all the employees we interacted with were so helpful. I've had Lundberg organic brown rice many times as they used to carry it at my Costco but I had no idea they made rice chips. One of the other employees said she went to high school with the Lundberg's kids! There were so many things I wanted to bring back home but couldn't. It will just warrant another trip up to Chico in the near future! Thank you to the staff here for making us feel so welcome on our first visit ever to Chico!
