I told him I had put in all the information about what my car needed. He told me he can't see that information in his system. I would not recommend…read more I took my vehicle in for tire mounting, balancing and alignment. It took them 4.5 hours to get it done. They struggled with getting it aligned. They had 2 techs attempt it. When I got the keys the tech told me if it wasn't driving right to bring it back. I drove it home a few blocks. Went to leave town the next morning and as I was going into the alley way something had shifted in the front end leaving my steering wheel 30 degrees off to the right. I immediately brought it back and spoke to Jeremy Clark, he told me that a tech wasn't available on the weekend and to bring it back. I brought it back, they had it for an additional 2 days. I spoke to Jeremy again on day 2, he said the first tech couldn't figure it out and would have another tech look at it when he was able to. He told me if they couldn't get it he would refund me for the alignment. I got a call from Ben stating they were unsuccessful and to come pick my vehicle up. Once I got there, my boyfriend and I spoke to the techs that were attempting to fix the issue. They both said they were not sure what had happened. They couldn't get it to align straight and now the steering wheel was turned the opposite direction than when I brought it in 2 days prior. They looked at the bushings, the tie rods and nobody saw anything wrong. Oneof the techs told me that during his test drive it was pulling hard to the right and not straight. I had asked Jeremy for a refund on the alignment since it was not fixed properly, he said he had to speak to Ben. They told me no to the refund because the computer was showing that it was fine even though my steering wheel was clearly not straight. Jeremy started screaming at my boyfriend in the lobby and was being very rude and unprofessional. I did call corporate and explain my complaint of the way we were spoken to and nothing was resolved. Had Garrett Tires & Treads in Broken Bow replace an ignition in my car, within a few months my car…read morehad smoke pouring from the steering column and it wiped out all electronics, and would not start. Called Rick Jones at Garrett and he said he would take a look at it if I brought it to him. I told him that the car would not start and the transmission would not shift out of gear into neutral, his response was "well that's not my problem." It took me several months to figure out how to disengage the transmission to tow it to him, he then charged me $130 to "diagnose" that it wasn't their fault, AND that I was very mistaken, there was no way the smoke came from the steering column, that it came from the dash and I wasn't smart enough to know the difference. Long story short, I took it to another mechanic who fixed it within 3 days very reasonably and the cause of the electrical fire was "the ignition wiring harness was not put back in the correct location & shortened out on tilt linkage." So if you like to be treated like crap and told that you don't know what you are talking about then definitely go there!

I had no choice but to pull over and find the best mechanic I could. The first shop told me I needed new CV shafts and brakes -- a repair that would have cost me hundreds of dollars and a major delay, which was a huge setback for a broke college student. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion here. They put my car on the lift, quickly found that it was just a bent bracket, and fixed it right away -- for free. I couldn't believe it. If you're local or passing through in a bind like I was, I can't recommend them highly enough. Honest, kind, and truly exceptional service.
