It was the day before New Years Eve at 9 pm, my mom and I were on the expressway coming home from Fort Worth when BOOM!!!! We got a flat tire. Irritated was the best way to describe the situation. However, that is until our driver was Tracy showed up to save the day. He was absolutely awesome in making sure my car was secure. He also took us to two different tire shops when the first shop that claimed to be 24hours was closed. The second shop was about 30 minutes away, but the ride went by so fast since Tracy had some awesome stories and was very personable. If ever in a bind, I'd use Sega Towing again and request the same driver! Keep up the great work!!! read more

We were very happy with the service we received from Sega. I was referred to them from another company whose truck was out of commission The gentleman I spoke to told me he could have a truck at the spot where we needed to have my son's van towed from in half an hour. According to my husband the driver was polite, did his job well and arrived on time. We felt the tow which had to be on a flatbed was reasonably priced and we were impressed enough that I put their number in my phone should we need a tow in the future. read more

Wow amazing how horrible service can be. 4 hours waiting for a simple town hat they promised no more than 90 minutes. They wouldn't even accept their mistake. The towing technician looked to be high and still charged me full price. Worst towing service ever. read more

Wait time was over an hour. The tow truck (rollback) was not impressive. Definitely could use some maintenance. Chris the operator was a good kid dressed in a mechanics uniform. Safety is lacking. They need strobes, cones, something. I directed traffic (35N Express Lane) away from the operator as he attached cables underneath, legs and arms, head exposed to traffic. Communication was lacking from dispatch. This day and age with GPS you can certainly call when your on your way. You definitely get a feeling that you're being forgotten. 16 mile tow. I was charged a flat rate of $100. It was $15 above average in my option. At the end of the day they were the only ones responding to me or that I could understand somewhat. Called the guy once gave me a quote and said the truck was headed out. Called again an hour later and he said the tow truck got busy with another customer and was headed my way. Wow! No one likes to call for a tow but I called Sega towing within two days and the customer service was awesome! The two guys that came out the first day( didn't get their names) but were polite and oh so funny! They took a less than pleasant situation and made it much better! The second day I had Chris Purdue! Another awesome sauce experience! He was very nice and detailed everything out for me. Made sure that my vehicle was placed correctly, the works! My experience in the past with tow truck drivers have been less than stellar, but I had to say how great these guys were and the service they offered on TWO days were excellent!
