Kevin Seib and his entire team went above and beyond for me on numerous occasions! I'm beyond satisfied with the amazing craftsmanship and workmanship of my complete kitchen remodel. My kitchen has a completely new updated look & ended up way better than I had hoped! Thank you Kevin and your entire crew for an excellent job well done!

Seib Construction is a great company! I have used them on many jobs and they always go above and beyond to keep my customers happy. They will come out and make sure everything is done just perfectly. The quality of their work is top notch. They can match any color and the finish is impeccable. It is as if they treat every thing they do as if they were doing it for their own mom. The time they spend getting is done right is an absolute blessing. Their willingness to work with my other crews doing work was a great value with both time and money!

We had Seib Construction make our built ins and daybed platform and they turned out beautifully. Kevin and his team are knowledgeable, collaborative, and reliable. They turned my vision into reality!

Honest, high quality work, would definitely recommend. We used Seib on a small project of creating a custom built in. The existing cabinets of the house were a custom door front which Kevin was able to reproduce. Installation was smooth and everything looked perfect.

    Look at my beautiful kitchen!

This company is amazing. They will go to bat for you with the insurance company to get the best compensation for your needs. Kevin is a very good person.Tony went beyond his job to make you feel like he really cares about the quality of his work. Don't hesitate. Hire this company for your next job.

We had water damage and for some strange reason Triple A recommended Seib construction to put our kitchen and living room back together. Most of the work was satisfactory, up until the flooring. Kevin recommended some travertine tile. Granted I didn't know much about remodeling and we did have a budget, I trusted Kevin's advice. He called me to say it was finished and come check it out. Just about half the tiles were uneven in height. Some were literally uneven enough to cause someone to trip. He told me he'd fix it. I went to review again after it was fixed, and it was still really bad. He calls me a few days later saying it was fixed. What his guys ended up doing was grinding our tile, without even sealing off the area. My young daughter's room was covered in dust, even though it was upstairs and the door was closed. Kevin did man up to it, and paid out of his own pocket to get my place professionally cleaned of the dust. That was two years ago. The tile he recommended now has completely fallen apart. He originally sent his guy out to patch up some of the holes, as apparently this is expected with travertine tile. I've done it myself as well, but it is really a lost cause. After this fiasco, Kevin did offer to redo the floor from scratch. Since we were out of our home for so long, due to the series of errors, our insurance was no longer covering our hotel, and we just needed the nightmare to end. Looking back, I should have taken him up on the offer, because we are getting ready to move, and we have to replace the flooring. A couple other notes potentially customers should be weary of: - He never asked me to pick out my actual granite slabs originally. His guys randomly picked some slabs. He did make up for this by uninstalling the slabs, and reinstalling the ones we picked. - His granite people cut the slabs outside of my home, and spread dust all over my neighbors cars and all over the street - His granite people had serious communication issues all around. I asked for a discount (he never offered) after all was said and done, and he gave me some minuscule amount. I would never in a million years recommend this guy to anyone.

I ditto what my husband, Tom R., said in his review. The cabinets are so beautiful and we are so impressed with Kevin Seib Construction and it's employees. Here are some pics of the condo's refurbished kitchen ---

Couldn't be happier with the excellent work done by SEIB Construction, INC. From the moment they came out to inspect our home and until the walls were dry, our needs were met until the job was finished. If you are looking for a reliable company that will go above and beyond, look no further. Kevin was very responsive and flexible regarding our situation. The crew was very accommodating and very professional. Freddy was a tremendous help from helping with the paint color to being pet friendly with our golden retriever. You can't go wrong with SEIB Construction, INC. Thanks for the hard work!

Recommended by our Insurance Company, AAA, after a slab leak damaged our cabinets. This was the only company who said they could rebuild the damaged cabinets and save our countertops. After sever meetings with Kevin, the owner, we decided to hire him, and we decided to go with a new kitchen, but save the existing counter top. This is not a easy undertaking. The existing sink was slightly sagging, which they were able to repair. Tony did the work for our kitchen, and the quality and workmanship is top quality custom cabinets. Excellent communications and great ideas from both Kevin and Tony. During the build, tony came up with some great suggestions and solutions. They did a good job of protecting the existing floors, and sealing the work from the rest of the house. We are very happy with the finish product, and would recommend them for any kitchen work. P.S. The work was done during COVID 19, and the crew was safe distance mask compliant, which made my wife very happy.

    Before

Kevin is the absolute best. He turned a kitchen leak nightmare into our dream kitchen. We cannot speak highly enough about his consistent communication, follow up, and quality of work. Everyone who came into our home through Seib Construction has been a pleasure to work with and extremely RELIABLE (something that is typically lacking with other companies). On top of all this, the pricing is completely fair. Overall SO happy with Seib as they were so easy to work with while providing top notch quality and service.

As a family with four kids and two dogs, we needed a team who understood real-life chaos--and they absolutely did. From the very beginning, they were patient, organized, and genuinely committed to creating a space that would work for our busy household. While we were moved out during the remodel, Sergio kept us updated every step of the way. We always knew what was happening, what was coming next, and if anything required a decision. That communication alone made the whole experience so much less stressful. They also worked around our constantly changing schedules without ever making it feel like an inconvenience. The craftsmanship is excellent we loved working with Israel for his beautiful cabinetry, ideas, and details. The clean tile work is beautiful! Our finished kitchen is everything we hoped for. It's bright, functional, and truly fits the way our family lives. We could not be happier. If you're looking for a contractor who delivers high-quality work and makes the process smooth for a busy family, I can't recommend them enough. Sergio and his team are truly amazing.

I discovered Sergio after I saw his incredible work/remodeling to the house next door to me. We arranged our first meeting whereby he bought his laptop, and provided numerous options and designs for my bathroom remodel. Fortunately, Sergio has great ideas and suggestions, making the process of decision making, ie. what materials to use, design options, etc. The process started right on cue, and the ETA for completion of 4-5 weeks was righty on the money! The guys that work for OSH are ALL exemplary, professional, prompt, and courteous! From the demolition guys, the carpenters, the electrician, the painter, the glass guys, I could not have asked for better! The thing that stands out for me, is the fact that these guys were consistently prompt, and did not skip a beat. Unlike most contractors, whereby days are missed, job gets delayed due to spreading themselves too thin with other jobs. None of that with Sergio, he was spot-on prompt with moving this job along as scheduled. My bathroom remodel also included a steam-shower installation, which took on extra diligence, but well worth it! This remodel has improved my home, as if it were a complete add-on to my house, considering I rarely used this guest bathroom (even though it is adjacent to my office). To all the Yelp audience reading this, trust me, you could not get a greater, more skilled and considerate Contractor than Sergio and OSH! I cannot recommend him enough, and I guarantee you will appreciate this review once you hire him. *** Take the time to review all of my photos that show the step-by-step process for this job! Also note that I used "single slab" porcelain, for my shower, versus individual tiling. This process was a much more challenging and labor intensive install, but well worth it, and Sergio's team pulled it off perfectly!!

This will help to make the quotes more comparable and will ensure there aren't any major surprises along the way. - Confirm working hours (e.g., what time they will start each day, what time they will finish each day, do they work weekends, etc.). - If you have the space, buy new appliances as soon as possible. Similarly, order shower glass doors as soon as tiling is done. You never know when something will go out of stock or if there will be unexpected delays in delivery. - Be prepared to make all the design choices (unless you hire a separate designer). They will opine on something very specific if you ask and will definitely bring something to your attention if they think you're about to make a huge mistake, but in general, you are responsible for all the materials selection. We met with 6 contractors before selecting Entourage. Of the 6 we met with, only 2 encouraged doing things "by the book" (i.e., getting the proper permit from the city). In fact, some of them actively discouraged us from obtaining the permit. Given the magnitude of the project, it made us a bit nervous that some of the contractors didn't want us to pull the proper permit (we understood that obtaining the permit will add to our budget and timeline and were ok with it). Of the 2 that did recommend doing things by the book, we went with Entourage because their pricing was more reasonable. FYI, Entourage handles all the work related to pulling the permit for minimal cost. Overall, we are very happy with how our house turned out and plan to hire them on future projects (we have also recommended them to several friends). Entourage's quality of work, especially as it relates to tiling, is just amazing. In fact, friends that came over to check out the "new" house commented on how they thought the project would've cost way more than what we ended up spending. Our primary contact, Paulina, was super responsive and helpful. They estimated that the project would take 3 - 4 months and it was completed almost exactly on the 3-month mark. I HIGHLY recommend Entourage Home Remodeling.

Being in the engineering field, I'm admittedly not the easiest client--I pay a lot of attention to the technical details and have very high standards, but OC Builders Group has been incredibly accommodating and professional throughout. The conceptual design phase with Moe was great. He helped us navigate a functional design that included adding to the front of the house, extending the back to significantly increase our kitchen space, and adding a bathroom to one of the rooms to create a master bath. On the execution side, my project manager, Mike, has been fantastic to work with, and Casandra has been a huge help with scheduling and staying responsive to all my questions. It's rare to find a team that is this easy to work with when you're as detail-oriented as I am. I'm really looking forward to seeing the final 10% come together! Thank you OC builders!

In short, we had a good overall experience working with them and are happy with the end product. We would definitely work with OC Builders again as well as recommend them to our friends and family. Our Scope of Work (Whole house renovation): Remodel kitchen, bathrooms, added a powder room, took down a couple of walls, replaced all hot/cold water lines, new gas line for the kitchen, replace AC ducts, remove asbestos popcorn ceiling, added storage area to garage, new insulation in the ceiling, upgraded the electrical panel, installed new high efficiency windows, replaced all doors, replaced sliding doors to French doors, new LVF and tile flooring, remodeled the staircase, new landscaping (pavers and privacy wall) in backyard and around the property, new rain drainage, new drip irrigation lines, and complete interior/exterior paint. Working with the team: Sade, our main point of contact, initiated the process and stayed with us throughout the whole project (even when he was on vacation). He was easy to work with, responsive, and offered helpful suggestions for areas that needed troubleshooting. Due to the age of the house and lapse in maintenance there were a few change orders that were required but at each step Sade provided options and explanations, but never gave a hard sell. The work crew led by Robert and Eric did a good job getting all the work done. Both were easy to work, took the time to explained what was going to be done and answered any questions. Both were also quick to return any texts and kept the work moving forward. Quality of Work: We are pleased with the quality of work and final product. When a mistake happened or when something wasn't done correctly, didn't look right, or did not turn out how we wanted the team would repair or replace the item with no fuss. They cared about making sure things were done correctly and to the satisfaction of the customer. The weekly walkthroughs really helped address any problems/concerns early before they became larger problems. What we would've liked done better: Schedule Communication/Coordination was lacking at times. At a couple of stages in the project there was a lack of clear communication on timing of when certain tasks would begin so that various materials would be on order. We had to chase down answers when the schedule indicated one thing but speaking with the crew gave a different answer. We brought up our concerns with Sade who passed it along to the rest of the team and the issue was resolved. Then as the renovation neared completion there was an outstanding item that needed to be addressed and special parts needed to be ordered however we weren't informed of the delay so our initial expectation of when we would be able to start moving in had to be adjusted. A heads up would've been appreciated and allowed us to better accommodate our own schedule. Closing: From initial meeting to final signoff the total project took almost exactly one year. This is quite reasonable considering the scope, approving the drawing plans, meeting with designer/suppliers, pulling permits, demolition, asbestos removal, and actual renovation work (including all city inspections). The interior and exterior of the house look great. The backyard and landscaping look brand new and greatly improved. The home essentially feels like it had a refresh back to day 1 except more modern, efficient, and welcoming. We look forward to enjoying it for many years. Despite some issues that came up we would hire OC Builders again.
