This place was simply amazing! Gerry provided the best customer service experience that I've encountered in a VERY long time. Getting into an accident is such a stressful situation and dealing with body shops can add insult to injury in many instances , but not this time! I dropped my vehicle off on Saturday morning and he told me that it would likely be ready by Thursday evening. To my surprise I was contacted Wednesday morning and notified that my vehicle was ready which allowed me to return the rental vehicle a day early and minimize my expense related to this accident. Additionally I get off of work just about the same time that they close and Gerry stayed behind to ensure that I could pick my car up. The repairs on my vehicle were phenomenal and he even cleaned the inside & outside of my car. I was driving around looking for a shop that was open today (Saturday) and had no luck. Seidner's was going to be my last stop before I gave up. I didn't know they were taking appointments only, but Adrian was able to squeeze me in. He had back to back appointments since they're only open for a few hours today but he still took his time to help me and didn't rush me away. The engine shield was loose and dragging on the ground and I came in asking for a replacement part. He replaced some of the missing clips for me in about 10 minutes and didn't charge me! I've used several body shops before and never had an experience anywhere as good as this one. Adrian De Nobrega helped me and he did a fantastic job. My car had some significant damage and needed a really thorough inspection to figure out what exactly needed to be repaired/replaced, but Seidner's nailed it. They handled everything quickly and easily. I didn't have to call back and forth with them or insurance, or with the rental car company. I was able to drop the rental car off at their location, and they stored it in the back so it couldn't be "vandalized" like the rental agency warned me happens "all the time". My car went in filthy (I had just returned from a camping trip) and came back SPOTLESS. They fully-detailed it! They even offered a lifetime warranty on their work, including the paint! Every interaction with everyone at Seidner's was simple, easy, and effective. I would DEFINITELY recommend using them, and asking for Adrian. I loved the job done on my Toyota! I was very upset about being rear ended bc it's still a new car, but they did a spectacular job! I only wish they had checked in with me as the repair went on, but I guess bc I'm younger I wasn't taken as serious. An estimated 3 day repair became a 7 day repair. My bigger concern was the finances. This is my first time ever being in an accident so I was unfamiliar with the process and trusted the company to know what they were charging me. They raised what the overall cost would be by $300. And I called my contact for my claim... he said all I had to pay was my deductible and they would bill the rest to my insurance. I called Seidner and they said the same thing. Seemed easy enough. So I went in paid my deductible and picked up my car. I left extremely happy bc I had my car again. This is where I got annoyed at how unprofessional things got. I got a calls from a couple different numbers in the corona area that called and never left voicemails. That was fine bc I assumed it was campaign related calls. I believe that if the call is important they will leave a voicemail. Since there was never a voicemail, I never bothered calling back. I got a missed call on my work phone with 951 area code. This is nothing big bc I work in sales and have people call me there all the time. But this time there's a voicemail. Renee called (thinking it's my employers phone) and left a voicemail saying that I owe money and that I am aware of this. This can be extremely embarrassing if It had been my employers phone. I never received a legitimate notice that I still owed Seidner money. Just a ton of missed calls (that may or may not have been Seidners) that never left a voicemail. I would recommend for the future to send out a letter. That is something more trustworthy and business like. read more

I work with body shops on daily basis, in my line of work, but I never had to select a body shop to do repairs on my own personal vehicle. In March I was in my first car accident I was rear-ended on the freeway. I was very upset and felt I would never find a shop that would do the repairs just the way I wanted them done. Until Seidners was recommended to me. I'm going to go ahead and say I am very picky and pay a lot of attention to detail. I am the customer from hell. When I received my first call from Gerry my service adviser at Seidner, he answered all my questions with out me asking them. He kept me up to date on the status of the repairs. My vehicle was done before the promise delivery date and they even waited for me after hours so I could pick up my vehicle. Back in March, I was going to share how satisfied I was with the work Gerry and his crew did for me but I didn't because I got caught up with life. A few days ago I was rear-ended again!!! This time I had a new insurance company and they did not have Seidners on their DRP list. I was hesitant because dealing with supplements is always a headache, but Gerry made it as easy as possible for me. He submitted the supplement request the same day he received my car and he followed up with my insurance to get it approved the same day. My vehicle arrived at Seidners on Monday and by Thursday I was driving off with it again. I took my Camaro in so they could repair my rear bumper, there was no damage it just needed to get painted. When they called to let me know it was ready I went in and saw that they ruined my left quarter panel by burning the paint. There was fish eye and a lot of orange peel. I had them fix it. On my second visit they created a dent on the same upper quarter panel and my bumper was off to the right. They fixed the dent and they adjusted the bumper according to them, but the bumper is still off. They said that there is nothing they could do that my car is just like that. My car was not like that before, I keep it in the garage for the majority of the time and I always detail it so I know how my car looks. This shop clearly doesn't know anything about cars and they are very unprofessional. I went in for a simple paint job and now my car is ruined, my car is now at another shop getting fixed from the damage THEY did!! I definitely don't recommend! read more
