ProColor provided a great experience. While my car was being fixed my insurance company provided 20 days of car rental in accordance to my policy. When the 20 days were up I called ProColor to see if my car was done, and told me that it will take another week and I told Carlos that I had to return my rental, to their reply they said to keep the rental until the car is finished and they will take care of the bill which shows me that they care about the customers situation. One of the things that annoys me about having to deal with an accident is all of the busy work that is involved with getting your car repaired. About a month ago I was sent to ProColor Collision in Montclair. I know I am a random guy on the internet but this is the place to go when you want good work done on your vehicle. Upon arrival I was greeted with multiple smiling faces. I was offered water or a soda. Paperwork took minutes, while I was outside pointing out the damage to my vehicle.
