She was attentive and was very personable. The Service Adviser, Nate, was my "point of contact." He has exceedingly strong interpersonal skills, a superb familiarity with the repair process, and excellent follow-up skills. He coordinated the repairs with the auto body technicians. My repair took a little longer than we originally thought but that was only so they could make sure everything was one hundred per cent when I came to do my pickup. I do not have before photos of my 2025 Terrain but there was extensive damage on the driver's side of the vehicle. They will not work on EVs......At least that's what I was told. My insurance company directed me to Seidners as one of their approved shops. There was a bit of miscommunication at first when I called about bringing my car in to repair some front-end damage. When i got there, I was told if the car is towed, I don't need an appointment, but if I drive it in, I do. I still don't understand the rationale, but the lady was very patient with me as I questioned the policy. She agreed to see what she could do, and a man came up to tell me they don't work on electric vehicles. This person was also very calm and patient as he explained their policy. I was originally going to write a more positive review based on the interaction I had with both of the employees there but after reading a review for another location, I'm beginning to think they were just trying to get rid of me. The other reviewer thanked them for repairing his EV, just 1 day earlier. I assumed Seidners was a chain and they would operate under a uniform policy, but apparently not. If they don't repair electric vehicles, why didn't they tell me over the phone after my insurance company emailed them the info on my car? I gave 3 stars because the people were nice, regardless of whether they made up a story, so I would go away. The 2 stars taken away is a reflection of poor business practice of not working on EVs when so many are on the road today and/or lying to me about not working on them, when another of your locations apparently does. read more

Even though I park on another planet to avoid door dings some obnoxious person decided to slam their truck door into my car. I took her to Seidner's and for less than $400.00 bucks and a rental vehicle for 3 days they did a phenomenal job. Is it perfect, no but that's not their fault. I took my car in for a scratched bumper and it took them almost 2 months to return my car. They did all this other nonsense just to charge up my insurance company and it had nothing to do with the bumper, these people are thieves just trying to rip off insurance companies. They don't communicate with you at all, if it hadn't been for me calling them all the time I would have not gotten any updates. I found out my car had been sitting there for the first 2 weeks with nothing being done to it. When I finally got my car back my battery now needs to be changed because they had it for so long without it being moved!!! Completely disappointed, worst service for sure. The nightmare of going to them is still not over because I have to buy a new battery, and every time I called spoke to multiple people all told me a different story and I was filled with empty promises of when my car would be ready. Completely ridiculous. I feel sorry for the people that actually need a lot of work done to their car, they might keep your car for a year ‍ and now I know why they have you sign a form warning you of a charge if you decide to pick up your car once you have turned it in, I know im not the only one who has wanted to get my car because of how long they want to keep it. read more

Upon my initial arrival for an estimate, I was greeted by the office technicians that were very courteous and professional. As I was walked through the process, I was treated kindly and assured of the good hands my car would be in under their care. Something hit my front bumper, on the driver side, one evening driving east on the 91. There was a crease created by the impact and was rather skeptical as to how this would all turn out. I hoped for the best. I was told that the parts would take some time to arrive because of the shortages occurring. They were honest and told me to keep my car until the parts arrived so as not to keep me unnecessarily separated from my vehicle. When they called to inform me the parts had arrived, we set a date for the drop off. I was told it may take close to a week to repair. Within a few days I was told that it was ready. When I picked it up, not only was the repair fantastic, it looked like it did when it was new. It not only looked great but they took the time to wash it for me. Thank you Seidner. What can I say about the customer service here except that it is beyond good customer service! Josue was the person who assisted me. I'll start with this: they promptly answered their phone when I called and were very professional, patient, articulate, knowledgeable, and polite. When I went to the location, the waiting room was clean, air conditioned, and peaceful and I was offered water/coffee during my wait. The man that assisted me was Josue and he was extremely helpful and honest. When he quoted me, I lamented that I could not immediately afford the repair but yet, I was concerned that it would get worse on the road (loose, dragging part). Not once did he pressure me to go forward with the repairs, nor did he use manipulative selling tactics on me, or try to pull the wool over my eyes, like many other places try to do--particularly to women. He was upfront, respectful, and honest with me. He even did a temporary fix to prevent the part from hanging and to buy me some time, and didn't charge me a cent. Honestly, I was stunned, truly. This was beyond good customer service. This felt like taking my car to a family member or a good neighbor who genuinely just wants to help. They put the customer first, here. I will admit...I can be an annoying customer. Ralph at Seidner's, however, made me feel like I'm not though!! He kept me posted on all my requests for updates, despite its frequency! Dealing with a horrible contact at an insurance company can cause major anxiety.
