They showed her 3 pictures of what they found and said this would affect the overall quality of our ride and to expect knocking, squeaks and bumpiness moving forward. She had them text her the pictures before leaving and we made an appt w our mechanic to get a second opinion. He put our SUV up on his lift and also took pictures to compare against what Jeannottes had given us. Not only was there nothing wrong with our vehicle, but the pictures that Jeannotte's had given us were not even of our vehicle!! ????????? Um what? So Jeannotte created a fake issue with our SUV, provided pictures of a different vehicles issues saying it was ours, said it wasn't something that could be fixed. For what? Is this a new sales tactic to try and get someone to buy a replacement vehicle? Talk about a fraudulent dealer experience. Do not go to Bob Jeannotte dealership on Sheldon in Northville, MI. They lie, they deceive their customers, they try to take advantage of people, they take pictures of other vehicles issues and try to pass them off as yours. Do not trust Bob Jeannottes. Do not buy a vehicle from them. Do not have them service your existing vehicle. They are fraudulent and cannot be trusted. Shame. Shame. Shame.

When I walked in, I liked that the dealership was quieter than most. Harry greeted me and I told him I was looking to trade in my old car for a possible lease on a Chevy Cruze. He immediately began showing me the car and what it had to offer and made sure to ask what qualities were important to me in a car. Long story short, we ran the numbers and they weren't initially willing to give me everything it would have taken to pay off my existing car loan. The monthly payment was also a tad higher than I was comfortable with. Harry then suggested he could likely get them to make up the difference and pay off my existing loan. Although that sounded better, I didn't have the title to my car with me, so initially I had told him I'd take the information he gave me home, think it over, and return the following week. He then asked me what it was that he could do that would make me agree to make the purchase that day. He stated I should let him know what I needed and he would go to his manager with it. I basically told him I either needed to leave like I had initially suggested and return at a later time, or, if they could reduce the payments to x amount then I would do it that day. Harry didn't seem concerned that I didn't have the title to my car and just said I needed to bring it back as soon as I had it. Harry then went to his manager and she came back and approved everything. I was then whisked away into the life of a lessee. They took care of the plates, registration, got everything looking beautiful and made the process as painless as possible. I was very happy with my situation and would gladly return.

Yet I'm already paying hundreds of dollars in loan interest for a vehicle I don't even have. On top of that, I've been forced to rent a car because I have no transportation -- all due to their incompetence. Sean never answers, has no voicemail, and doesn't return calls. Andy has been just as unhelpful, offering zero updates or accountability. I've even had to contact GM Cadillac support several times, and still nothing is resolved. This dealership shows complete disregard for customers and zero professionalism. If you are buying out of state, DO NOT even consider Suburban Cadillac. I would never buy from them again under any circumstance.
