Because of their 1 therapist to 1 patient philosophy I not only get the opportunity to thoroughly understand each exercise but to learn more about why each exercise is important. And with a therapist dedicated to my care during each visit, they can quickly spot when they need to modify any activity to make it either easier or more challenging. This is my first time attending physical therapy. The appointments are 30 to 45 minutes with 4…read morebasic exercises and electrical simulation. Every appointment I get different therapists. They are friendly enough. I do see some improvement in my symptoms. The therapists sometimes leave to do other things and take a while to return. So far it's okay.

Had 7 or 8 visits. Each time I had another physical therapy assistant working with me. Each of…read morethem asked me their own set of questions , each time they gave me different exercises and each time I got different advise. Though every assistant I worked with was a nice guy, but team work was extremely poor. I did not get any improvement, even worse , the range of motion degraded. On top of that , I was treated very unprofessionally by the front desk staff. I would say level of professional behavior of some staff members including owner is below level of floor. Owner of the business was not interested in the results my treatment, but rather in "who said what" . If you have easy case, you can choose this company, but if you want high level professional work, you better look somewhere else.

Finally at 1:45am it was soo bad he tried getting a nurse for HELP.... NONE responded to his light or roommate's light.. he called me at home at 2:AM I called facility nurse station and main desk NO RESPONSE!! I had head of nursing card.. I called her .. she tried to reach nurses .. NONE ANSWERED. she called 911 AMR could Not access the building as all doors Locked. head nurse arrived and used key to admit AMR911... Ambulance took my husband to Bridgeport Hospital where he was admitted with large amount of FLUID ON HIS LUNGS which had to be removed!!!! This Facility should have been CLOSED till it was restaffed.. but nothing was ever done!!!! NO STARS!!
