She always encouraged me. She was very patient. She has lots of character and expertise. It was the best physical therapy I have had. I had the physical therapy because of a left knee replacement surgery had on July 11. I would recommend this facility to all. Rachel is a wonderful hostess/administrator. Garrett is also very friendly and conscientious as a physical therapist as well. Marissa is the best.

Just try to call and see where your call gets routed to??? I only had to have my orthotics reconditioned, I had to pay for an office visit (which was totally useless and content free) but OK, I guess every foot doctor that works for a practice like this is pushed to generate revenue. I had my first pair reconditioned for $100 and the next pair was sent in 30 days later and they were $125. (A 25% price increase in 30 days).??? To top that off, they never called to say they were ready, so I had to call them, which took 3 calls. It is so evident that the new ownership group/private equity has combined multiple practices and deliver very poor support and service. When you are there it just "feels" like 2nd or 3rd tier operation. I will certainly NOT be back, was good, BUT NO LONGER.

She finished the 12 weeks, only to get $138 overage bill. We disputed and Sports Plus wasn't interested in honoring anything they said. Numerous calls to resolve this only led to them sending us to collections. I paid their stupid bill, but will this experience will cost them a lot more than $130 bucks. We will tell everyone we know NOT to use this terrible company. Not only that, the PT didn't even work. She quit using their suggestions after the 12 months and used the old RICE method. No problems now for 6 months. Don't use these folks!

This center tried to charge my insurance $650 for the initial visit. My insurance only allowed them to charge me $270ish dollars. When I called my insurance they said it was the highest cost they have ever seen. I'm just recommending shop around prior to coming here.
