When I first went to OPPT, I could not play my instrument for 5 minutes without pain in my left arm and elbow. My therapist told me this would not be a quick fix, and she was right. I worked mostly with Emily and occasionally with Paul, but really, from what I could see, all the therapists there were experienced and competent. But what impressed me the most (besides the skill of the staff) was what I guess what you would call the ambience of the place.
