Dr. Phil is my PT- he is great! 10/10 with personality, professionalism, and education! Shows me what to do, why I am doing it (target muscle group) and keeps our sessions different and at my level. I just had a total knee replacement on June 1, 2026, and was started PT on the 19th. A little late but common w/ the latest studies. The facility is clean but smaller (which I like, personalizes my care) and I do not feel like I'm in a supermarket kind of clinic and they are just trying to see as many patients as possible. I've seen images of my spine enough times that I pretty much know what they're going to tell me already. For the most part it was the same for this visit. However, I did have a new injury that does need adjusting. (Don't go on water slide rides when you're 63!) Dr Johnson was pleasant and friendly. I didn't feel like I was getting the "big sell" that I've experienced many times in the past with chiropractors. I'm not saying that regular visits wouldn't be helpful. But I'm the person who is mostly interested in just getting out of pain. We have limited resources at this time, so that was also a factor. But his prices are so incredibly reasonable. Which is awesome because My situation definitely involves a number of visits. The office was clean the bathroom was clean and nicely decorated. He did my adjustment and then put me on what I can only say is similar to a TENS unit. That was a new experience. Then slathered me down with some kind of icy hot stuff.
