When we drove up unannounced to this very unassuming office with cars in the back, our prayers were answered when the salesman, Rob Aleman, came out to meet us. I don't usually like when car salesmen circle you like vultures. But Rob just came out of the door and introduced himself to my husband and I. We instantly felt at ease with this polite and laid back gentleman. We told him why we were there. He took us right to the truck, he got the keys, we test drove, loved it. Went in, got paperwork started and chatted together, got to know each other while the paperwork was being handled by Joey. Joey was also nice guy. Rob made us feel like we had been friends for years! Over the phone, the staff were friendly and easy going. When we arrived, the car was ready to look at. It was exactly what we wanted. We had a budget and were able to stay within that budget. The whole process took less than an hour. The company has a real down to earth feel-they take your photo next to the new car and post it on their wall! The staff have an easy way about them that makes you feel comfortable and not like you're being manipulated. It's a very small dealership and off the beaten path, but soooo worth your while! Also want to note that they let us take the vehicle home the night before purchasing with a small deposit so we could have our mechanic take a look at it. Blessed Auto Sales end up being my Cursed Auto Nightmare! I purchased a truck on 6/28. Check engine…read morelights came on that same night! Kevin said to take it for repairs. More than 30 days later, and $2650 spent in putting a motor in this hunk of junk, I can actually drive the truck again! Kevin and his wife claimed to have driven this truck for a whole week with no problems at all! I take it to the shop and they diagnose 17 different issues that could cause all the problems I had. Check engine light, shaking, idling very hard at stop lights! None of this happened during the test drive. The Wynn warranty that I purchased along with the vehicle did not initially agree to pay for any repairs. The pamphlet was printed upside down. Should have been a big red flag! Finally, after fighting with the repair shop, the warranty paid for something but I was still left paying almost $3000 for a motor! Please take a mechanic with you before purchasing anything from this auto lot! Do not trust!! The wife mentioned how stressed out I looked while signing the paperwork. No Wonder!! The Lord was trying to warn me!! Pray before you purchase!
