BUYER BEWARE My son purchased a vehicle in August of this year (2021) and we also purchased the NVP…read more5-star warranty as we were told "it covers everything bumper to bumper" and that any future problems within the timeframe of the warranty would be covered (we upgraded to 5-star for better coverage) - this was a huge lie. With a used car we thought this was a good thing to do and my son wouldn't have any big out of pocket repair bills. Not only did we waste $1,800 on the warranty (lesson learned, these warranties are a rip-off and we were naive) but the car needs $4,000 worth of work. The warranty covers $500 less the deductible so NVP will pay out about $400. We should have taken this car to another licensed shop to be thoroughly inspected even if it would have cost $$ before purchase. Learn from our mistakes and avoid this dealership or buy nothing without a thorough off-site inspection. Also see the other reviews below. We both tried talking with them to work something out but they brushed us off, told my son they won't do anything and gave me the old "I'll check into it and call you back" brush off - nothing further. If they had been willing to work with us even a little on the repairs or stupid warranty we purchased we would have been happy, but no. Needless to say, I would never recommend them. His car has has been in the shop over a week while they sort out the repairs and joke warranty coverage so car rental fees on top of all else.

I took my car to be serviced (unknown maintenance light). When I checked in (12:20p), they said it…read morewould take 1:15. I told them I hadn't eaten yet, but I could wait until then (1:35p). Five minutes later, they explained what they recommended to be done. I selected the items I wanted done and went back to the waiting area. No indication that anything selected was going to take extra time. About 10 minutes later (12:35p), I had some questions, so I went back to ask the tech. That's when I discovered he had left for his lunch break. A coworker helped me get the answers, so I sat back in the waiting area until 1:35p. At 1:50p, thinking the tech would be back from lunch, I went back to see how things were going. The problem was the tech was still not back. I asked his coworkers how much longer my car was gonna be. They told me it would be another 20 minutes. When no one came to get me by 2 PM (I was really getting hungry), I went looking for my tech again. He was still out to lunch and the coworkers said my vehicle was still being worked on, with no specific time given. I checked again at 2:30p. My service tech was still gone (it was now a 2-hour lunch break) and all anyone could tell me is my "vehicle was still being worked on." When no one had called for me by 3 PM and the tech had not returned, I went to the cashier station and asked to speak with the service or general managers. After about 10 minutes, the service manager appeared and asked me to come back to their office. I told them everything that had been going on. They looked on their system and saw my vehicle was still being worked on. They called back to the service bay to see how much longer it was going to be. They told me "35 minutes!" They then tried to admonish "me" for not knowing that the items that I had chosen would take "a couple of extra hours." I explained that they shouldn't expect customers to know their business and realize the items would add 2 more hours to the time quote given. When I asked them if it was normal for their service techs to take 2-hour lunches, they said that the tech "probably saw how long it was going to take my car to be done and he went to lunch as long as he could until my car was done." I asked them, "If he knew it was going to take that long, why didn't he tell 'me' so I could've at least gone home and gotten some lunch? Is that the way everyone there does business?" I told them their customer service was terrible and I was not happy! I was disappointed with the manager, because they tried to make the whole thing "my" fault, despite their tech giving me a time estimate, never updating it, and disappearing for over 2 hours! It sounds to me like the management there needs some remedial training on how to "treat customers right!" I find it ironic that all their marketing says how well they treat their customers, yet when they don't, they don't even recognize it! By the time my car was finished, I had waited 3 hours. When I checked out with the cashier (the cashiers were very friendly, understanding, and treated me very respectfully), they told me my car was waiting outside with the key in the ignition. I walked outside, where the car was supposed to be, only to find that it was nowhere in sight. It was "not" waiting outside. One of the coworkers made an extra effort to go find it. After a quick search, he disappeared back inside the building. Suddenly, someone drove up with my car. They were driving right past me, so I waved them down. The driver asked if it was my car and I told him it was, showing him my paperwork. I told him everyone said the car would be waiting for me outside, and wondered why he was still driving it around. He told me he "likes to test drive cars after they come out of the service bay" (that's fine, but everyone thought that that had already been done). To me, it was just another wasted 5 minutes of waiting around, wondering where my car was when everyone was telling me otherwise. All in all, this whole ordeal was one big hassle! This organization is disorganized, does not value its customers, and does not live up to its marketing!. I feel like I was just an inconvenience to them, especially when I spoke up and asked what was going on once I realized what they were telling me was not true. Instead of being there for 1:15, like I was promised, it took 3 hours! Had I known, I could have gone home and gotten something to eat (they provide shuttle service when you have a long wait). Instead, they made everything convenient for them; not me, the paying customer! I'm sure there are other Toyota dealers out there who treat you better than I got treated today!

(2025 Ford Expedition King Ranch) I realized I need a max for our growing family. This dealership chooses immaculate used vehicles. Both cars we test drove were in pristine condition--the King Ranch, and a 2023 Jeep Grand Wag L Series ii. We were working with Marco throughout the experience and he was exceptional. I never felt pressured, he heard my concerns of the trunk space. I actually had said I thought I was ready to purchase and thought I could work with the trunk space the KR had. We got to the point of talking numbers. We loved the price they brought it down to, we were content with our trade value, (my vehicle had two minor accidents so value naturally wouldn't be spectacular and we understand that). But as we were sitting in the office I realized I'll never regret having more trunk space, but I will regret having less... Marco heard my concerns, they offered us to bring the car home as an extended test drive to be absolutely sure. I could test out my usual smaller stroller, see how it fit in our garage, all the things. Ultimately I couldn't get past the trunk space with two Littles and a future third. Marco and his team however, deserve these 5 stars. If in the future they come across what I'm looking for I won't think twice of coming back to them. Before this, I had a Dodge Hornet, but the value was dropping, so I decided to make the switch and visit SEWELL Cadillac. This was my first time doing business with any SEWELL dealership, and it has been one of the best dealership experiences I've ever had. My salesperson, Alejandra, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I like working with the same salesperson whenever possible, and since I'm new to town, when I stay with SEWELL , I'll definitely be getting my next vehicle from her. I also want to recognize Robert in the service department. He was fantastic when I needed a repair done on my vehicle. He quickly arranged a loaner car and kept me updated every couple of days on the status of my vehicle. That level of communication meant a lot and made the entire process stress-free. Another perk I really appreciate is the complimentary car wash. Between that and having a loaner available during service appointments, it gives me even more reason to stay with SEWELL . Their customer service is truly some of the best I've ever experienced at a dealership. Everyone is welcoming, professional, and makes everything so easy. Full of scammers. They sell you water damaged and savage title cars. My car was damaged in a flood. Never once mention any of that to me. They wanted me to pay 12000 for a car that was worth maybe 3000 if that. Even after you put a good review they make you pay the $500 dollars still later on. They make you get their insurance and another one on top of theirs . They charge you if you go over 1500 miles a month .15 cents a mile. You can pay to get 2500 miles but that's a additional $125 a month . Also tell you that if you want unlimited you have to wait 3 months after they set you up for an inspection. But they never do it! I had my car for 8 months. They tell you to write down the outside damage only not the inside damage. If you are late a day they will repo your car and charge you 350 to get it back. If they repo it and you have stuff inside the car they will charge you $75 dollars to get your things. They will sell you cars that break down a few days after you buy it. And refuse to fix it or give your money back. They are super hard to get a hold of when you try to pay your payment on time. So they can add extra fees. They do not sign the contract you sign. They are the worst company ever!! They thrive in desperation to get you to get one of their cars. They will tell you all the right things just to tell you they never said that later on. If you are late with your insurance they will repo it. Late one day they will repo it. They do not service their cars at all. Like I said do not believe there good reviews . They are from people that haven't even driven the car more then 5 mins. Promising they will take the deposit off of 500 and charge you later. They have horrible reviews on Reddit , google and yelp.
