They'll even help you with the installation! The store was orderly, neat and clean. The aisles were well lit, and the parking lot was clean. It's a newer building and located right next to a car wash so you can get your car shined after you outfit it with new oil! This location is not on a hard corner, it's on the northbound side of Babcock. The prices were quite fair, and I was able to get out for much cheaper than I was expecting. I don't know how much you're supposed to get, but they gave us $5 for it. The staff was rather relaxed about helping the customers. They had 3 people working there, and one customer ahead of us. It took several minutes to get to see a clerk. When we did, he said that he'd never done this before, and needed some help. Eventually, they got the process figured out, and issued the gift card. Parking was easy. The store was about as clean as you'd expect for an auto parts store. The merchandise was well sorted, and the aisles were easy to navigate. I enjoyed the fact that they blasted tejano music from a little boombox hidden behind the windshield wipers. I'll be back for my next auto need.

Associate that sold & installed the wrong battery reassured me the company would reimburse me the mechanic fees but I'm being ignored now. Whats more sad is I have been a customer for several years & never encountered anything like this before . So disappointed in the Marbach location & the way they costed me so much money & now dodging me.
