I did not give them a 5 star rating, I would give them less than a one, they don't stand behind their vehicles and you know, stand behind their customers period I bought a car from there 7 months ago and I took it in the month after Because the battery is not a factory battery, I'm not sure why they changed it. The car only had 9000 miles on it, but it does not have the right voltage and all of the electrical systems fail 1 / 1, not at the same time and then the next time you get in the car or it's different ones, this stranded me in the middle of a 4 lane road a week ago. Could\n Not get it to start. Everything went black. I couldn't use flashers or anything. Very dangerous and then finally, I decided to start I take it to them for a couple other times regarding this and cheat dealership won't service. It cause it's a factory battery period the dealership was supposed to call me once they had access to a factory battery to replace it they never did. I went in yesterday cause I was tired of waiting and they don't acknowledge that. This happened because there was no notes in their computer, and they basically just said sorry about your luck. Within a very short period after the sale, the car began showing mechanical issues and warning codes that were not disclosed to me beforehand. When I reached out to the dealership for help, I was given excuses and inconsistent explanations. I asked to speak with the owner, but instead I was sent to a generic service email and have not been given any verified way to contact the owner directly. The manager argued with me and tried to shift blame instead of offering real assistance. At this point, I feel that I was sold a vehicle with pre-existing issues, and the lack of transparency and support after the sale has been extremely disappointing. I'm still waiting for the dealership to take responsibility or even provide proper communication. If you are considering buying a vehicle here, I strongly recommend having it independently inspected before purchase and being cautious about the level of support you may receive afterward.

The first day I had the car the AC Compressor blew. They indeed did fix that. The battery died on me and I know they pull batteries from their OTHER CARS to put in the cars that are going to be sold (saw this happened with my very own eyes as they sold a black Jetta to a a couple with a baby as I was getting the AC fixed by them. He said the car has AC and no lights on. RENEE CASTRO lied. The car currently has an engine light on (which he said is due to the AC) for the THERMOSTAT. The car is also sitting in the parking lot not able to start. No power or anything (and I just bought a new battery OUT OF MY POCKET). I called RENE CASTRO 3 times and no answer. Texted him videos of the car not starting and no answer. I called the dealership and a woman answered the phone and told me that RENE CASTRO is out and will be coming back on Saturday and that there's nothing anyone at the dealership can do for me because RENE CASTRO is the one that handles vehicle repairs. I've been more than patient with them but this is ridiculous. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND LOOK AT ALL THE GOOGLE REVIEWS DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR 4.1 STAR RATING. When confronted , he was still trying to sell me a car. I asked him to provide me proof of any kind (which I knew there would be none because I didn't give any information that would give consent) he , of course could not. I have only spoke with him once. That was over a week ago and I haven't spoke to him until today when Experian informed me of my credit being run TODAY. A WEEK LATER WHEN I NEVER AT ANY POINT GAVE THIS THIEF CONSENT. He ran my credit today. Why thief .Stay away from this dealership if you value your identity. I also have called to speak with the manager and guess what....cant even get a responsible person to speak with. That alone should tell you how they handle business.

I don't know who I was deal with his name or anything because he wasn't properly introduced, but I myself was there with a friend. As I was noticing and talking about the outside of the car and damages cosmetically the guy proceeds to tell me " You know you are buying a used car right" and not in a joking way . Outside wasn't a big concern to me no way so I proceed to say can you up it up for me. After the interior check I ask for a test drive to which I was told NO unless I apply for the car. I was a little shocked because I wasn't even asked if I had a valid ID or anything along the usual guidelines most dealerships ask for. I proceed to say I'm not serious in purchasing it especially if i can't test drive it, he then tells me "I need to see you if your pre approved before you can test drive it" . I myself have never had to do so before so I asked why and he then tells me it's policy.. I then ASK if I can see the policy because it was undisclosed on the website and he blatantly says NO. It would've been the end of the conversation there but I asked for the written policy just incase considering I didn't come to waste my time, he says NO again. There was were the conversation ended and I said okay and we were leaving , as I was talking to my friend about some reviews they had as we were WALKING AWAY , HE proceeds to turn around and talk to me about 5-10ft away and says "We sell a lot of cars everyday , WHY am I gonna sell YOU a car if your not serious about it." Basically yelling at us from afar. To which I responded "GOOD FOR YOU, HAVE A GOOD DAY." The conversation from the get go wasn't friendly and I myself didn't feel like I was taken seriously and felt almost like a child when being talked to. So to whoever comes here I hope you have better experiences than I did.
