From the very…read morebeginning, Thomas made us feel comfortable, supported, and confident throughout the entire buying process. His knowledge of Lexus products was impressive, and we especially appreciated that he let the vehicles sell themselves without resorting to high-pressure sales tactics. We spent two days looking at different vehicles, and Thomas was always patient, professional, and willing to show us another option until we found the right one. Thomas truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our decision. He is personable, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. We highly recommend Thomas Williams and the entire North Park Lexus team. If you're looking for a great car-buying experience, ask for Thomas--you won't be disappointed!

I've never had an issue, but today I was disappointed because my car came out of the wash still dirty and there were streak marks all over the windows, front and back windshields, making it difficult to see while driving fortunately, I pulled over in the lot across the street for further inspection and then came right back to the let them know about the issue. They did not even apologize and just asked if I wanted them to run it through the car wash again. I'm waiting to see if there is any improvement, but not happy about the incident. Update, when they brought my vehicle back from the wash, I got into my car and then noticed my key was not on the console where I left it when I returned for the 2nd car wash. They said that their policy was not to take the key from the vehicle and made it seem like I lost the key. They also said they were going to check the video footage to see if the keys were there when I left it the 2nd time. The dashboard stated 'no key detected' so I knew I didn't have it. Spent time looking in the vehicle and emptied my purse although I knew I didn't have it. They radioed Paco and he had the key in his pocket. They gave me my key back, but I spent almost an hour and a half here just to get my car washed when it wasn't even busy. I also didn't appreciate that they seemed to blame me for the missing key. They also didn't vacuum the car like they said they would. Anyhow, I will think twice before returning to this location due to my experience today.

My work schedule is so hectic right now and I can't get to my regular dealership, I brought my car for an oil change. This time I needed a B17 tune up. They sent me a list of "repairs" of over $1,000 on top of my routine maintenance code. I made sure to inform the representative I had a discount and he said he would do it later. So when i paid, he didn't show me the receipt until after I made my payment. I looked it over and noticed there was no discount. Then he said I never told him and it was too late. I caught him in his lie, and he offered me a discount for my next oil change. I explained I wanted my money back and he said he could only offer a discount for future visit after I had made payment of over $400. Don't buy a car here or bring your car here. The employees have no shame in lying to your face. The salesman lied to use when we were buying our Honda and we ended up going to a different dealership to purchase it, then they lied to me about my brakes to up sell me. Now, they forget my discount, but it's my fault. Whatever, don't do business here. Another customer was there with me and shared her story, I hope she makes it public, they did her wrong too.

Instead, we left without buying anything due to our experience with the salesperson, M. I've never encountered a salesperson who was so focused on talking about herself rather than listening to the customer. Instead of asking questions about our needs, budget, or preferences, the conversation repeatedly shifted to her personal life. We heard extensive details about her relationship, children, marital status, and even stories about purchasing two vehicles in one day to "work around" the banking system. None of this was relevant to our vehicle purchase. What was most frustrating was that she seemed more interested in convincing us to make the same choices she had made rather than understanding what was important to us. When we expressed preferences that differed from hers, she appeared visibly frustrated and dismissive. It felt less like a professional sales consultation and more like a one-sided conversation centered entirely on her. The disappointing part is that I was approved for the vehicle and fully capable of completing the purchase. However, the lack of professionalism, poor listening skills, and uncomfortable sales approach completely changed our minds. Buying a vehicle is a major decision, and customers deserve to feel heard, respected, and valued. We left genuinely surprised that a dealership would allow this type of customer interaction. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we will not be returning and will be taking our business elsewhere.

I'm leaving this review because my experience with the service department at Mercedes-Benz of San…read moreAntonio on San Pedro was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had with a dealership. My 2021 Mercedes-AMG GLB 35 developed a serious engine problem. It initially presented with a cylinder 1 misfire, followed by severe shaking/bucking under acceleration. I replaced the spark plug and had already addressed other potential causes, but the problem continued. The vehicle then developed a very noticeable clicking/ticking noise, sounded weak when revved, and the RPMs would drop. The most concerning discovery was metallic debris/shavings in the engine oil filter. At that point, I expected Mercedes-Benz to take the situation seriously, thoroughly document the failure, clearly explain what they had actually diagnosed versus what they were simply recommending, and help me understand my options. Instead, I felt dismissed throughout the process. The communication was extremely disappointing. The text communication from the service department was particularly frustrating. Rather than feeling like a customer with a potentially catastrophic engine failure was being taken seriously, I repeatedly felt like I was having to chase information and push for answers. When you own a Mercedes-AMG and bring it to an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership for a major mechanical problem, you expect communication to be professional, proactive, and transparent. That was not my experience. The technician/diagnostic process left me with more questions than answers. The dealership identified evidence consistent with a serious internal engine problem, including the metallic material in the oil filter. I was told it appeared that the engine could have a rod/internal failure, but I was not given the level of clear, definitive documentation and explanation I expected from a Mercedes-Benz dealership dealing with a potentially catastrophic engine failure. There is a huge difference between saying: "We found evidence suggesting an internal engine failure." and actually documenting: what failed, what was physically confirmed, what testing was performed, what was ruled out, and what Mercedes-Benz required for warranty consideration. As the owner, I shouldn't have had to become an expert in Mercedes warranty bulletins and engine diagnostics just to understand what was happening to my own vehicle. Management was equally disappointing. What bothered me most was the lack of ownership. When a customer has a serious mechanical failure and is spending significant money on a Mercedes-AMG, the expectation should be that management steps in, listens to the customer's concerns, reviews the diagnostic process, and makes sure the customer understands exactly what is happening. Instead, I walked away feeling dismissed rather than helped. I wasn't asking anyone to give me something for free. I was asking for a proper diagnosis, clear documentation, honest communication, and reasonable assistance navigating a serious engine failure. My biggest issue isn't even that the vehicle failed. Mechanical failures happen. My issue is how Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio handled me after it happened. A major engine failure is stressful enough without feeling like the dealership is trying to move you through the process rather than actually helping you understand what happened. For a Mercedes-Benz dealership--especially one servicing an AMG--I expected substantially better communication, transparency, technical explanation, and customer service. Instead, I had to repeatedly push for answers, research the potential warranty coverage myself, and advocate for my own vehicle while dealing with a potentially catastrophic engine problem. Mercedes-Benz sells a premium vehicle experience. The service experience I received did not match that standard. Based on my experience, I would be very hesitant to recommend the San Pedro Mercedes-Benz service department to someone dealing with a serious mechanical or engine problem. If you are considering taking your vehicle there for a major repair, I strongly recommend getting everything in writing, asking exactly what has been physically confirmed versus what is being suspected, requesting copies of all diagnostic findings, and understanding your warranty rights before authorizing major repairs. This experience has seriously changed my opinion of the dealership and, more importantly, the confidence I have in allowing them to handle a major repair on my vehicle.
