    Can't speak for the sales aspect, but I would avoid the service department here like the plague…read more They'll act kind in person, but once you leave your car with them, they have no sense of urgency and their main goal seems to be "how can we do the least work possible while simultaneously charging the customer as much as possible?". Thankfully, I am well informed about my car and have enough mechanical knowledge to sniff out BS. After 2 weeks, it got to a point to where I brought up misrepresentation of services and then the singular guy assigned to my car took a big step back as he could tell I was serious and not going to tolerate anymore. I mentioned the Deceptive Trade Practices Act and he went into damage control mode, fearing litigation. For the 2 weeks my car was there, all they did was do an easy install of a small sensor I asked about (hoping it would fix my electrical issues with my transmission). They also completed some kind of diagnosis that was propped up as being an internal mechanical teardown, when it was actually just checking the transmission fluid for metal shavings, using scanners for codes, and external inspection of sensors. That didn't stop them from claiming hours and hours of labor and other charges. Also did the usual dealership routine of suggesting every up-charged minute maintenance item in the book, regardless of the fact that those services were literally just done less than 4,000 miles ago. I just managed to get my car towed out of there to somewhere that'd respect my time, my wallet, and not leave me in the dark about my vehicle. Would not recommend this place if I was held at gunpoint.

We heard extensive details about her relationship, children, marital status, and even stories about purchasing two vehicles in one day to "work around" the banking system. None of this was relevant to our vehicle purchase. What was most frustrating was that she seemed more interested in convincing us to make the same choices she had made rather than understanding what was important to us. When we expressed preferences that differed from hers, she appeared visibly frustrated and dismissive. It felt less like a professional sales consultation and more like a one-sided conversation centered entirely on her. The disappointing part is that I was approved for the vehicle and fully capable of completing the purchase. However, the lack of professionalism, poor listening skills, and uncomfortable sales approach completely changed our minds. Buying a vehicle is a major decision, and customers deserve to feel heard, respected, and valued. We left genuinely surprised that a dealership would allow this type of customer interaction. The tax gimmick game, they tell you --you are making up the low ball trade in offer with the offset of the tax break. Pay very close attention to what is said versus what is offered. They offered me a lease with all my equity in the car back to me $7,300. Then they made the lease offer with 0 money back , lol then they offer $5,000 Equity back after initially offering $7,300 verbally. The insane part is they admitted equity was $7,300 but on a trade in for purchase vs lease the offer was $5171for the equity. The sales manager is fast and lose with his verbal offers but doesn't realize what he's said. I can't make this nonsense up. Plus the general manager was at Boerne before , James Gotkin and they used the same tactics there when he was involved. My wife bought a new GLE 350 in 2021 and the negotiation was horrendous. Buyer beware. Know your facts before you go if you trust them they will overcharge you thousands of dollars. I bought the same priced car at Mercedes of Georgetown for $3,000 less. Worth the drive . Visit Austin and buy a car.

Based on those representations, I entrusted your service department with my vehicle in good faith. Instead, my truck sat at your facility for FIVE DAYS with little to no meaningful work performed. Throughout that time, Ed, the assigned service advisor, was consistently unresponsive, evasive, and unable to provide honest or transparent updates. Each day brought a new excuse as to why nothing had been completed, including personal scheduling conflicts and unrelated appointments, rather than professional communication regarding the actual status of my vehicle. The most concerning part is that after allowing my vehicle to sit untouched for nearly a week, I was ultimately informed on day five that your dealership was incapable of performing the repair in the first place. That should have been disclosed immediately on day one, not after wasting my time, delaying resolution of my vehicle issue, and depriving me of reliable transportation unnecessarily. As a direct result of your service department's failure to properly communicate and accurately represent its capabilities, I was forced to incur additional out of pocket expenses for a rental vehicle for nearly an entire week, all while my truck remained unfixed. Customers should not have to absorb financial losses caused by a dealership's lack of competence, urgency, or honesty. To make matters worse, despite failing to complete the repair and admitting the issue could not be fixed, I was still charged approximately $600. Charging a customer substantial fees for a repair that was never completed raises serious concerns regarding the fairness, legitimacy, and ethics of your service practices. At minimum, this reflects gross negligence, misrepresentation, and a complete failure of professional standards. Consumers should not be billed premium dealership pricing for incompetence, delays, and non-performance. This experience demonstrated a disturbing lack of accountability, transparency, professionalism, and customer care from both Ed and Ancira Service Department as a whole. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing their vehicle here to think twice before trusting this dealership with their time, money, or vehicle. Transparency and integrity appear to be severely lacking here. Shame on this dealership for attempting to profit from a service that was never successfully rendered while leaving a customer financially burdened and without a repaired vehicle after nearly a week of excuses and inaction.
