You can never just talk to one person, the entire process they wanted 10 people involved so you don't know who said what or how to hold them accountable. They just all point fingers at each other. After sell service is even worse. They just laugh in your face and keep lying. I went up there twice to try to fix the issue. They always have an excuse of why they can't help. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Do not purchase their add-ons Update: They brought my truck back in to do full service at no charge to show good faith. The manager was sincere in his apologies of how bad the first experience was. Of course they asked me to take my original review down. They brought my truck in for tire rotation, filter changes, and oil change. NOTHING CRAZY Not trusting them from the first interaction I sharpied my tires. Labeling them 1-4 Tires had not been moved. I also marked the air filters, which they didn't touch either. I can only hope they did the oil change as they promised. But I wasn't going to make them change the oil again. My truck had handprints smeared all over the hood and quarter panels so bad I had to get it hand detailed. 2 of my rain guards were cracked from what I can only assume was excessive force when closing the doors, they were perfect when I bought the truck. The manager said he would make it right but it's been 3 weeks and no response. More finger pointing of who was supposed to reach out to me. They did confirm my air filter was in but that doesn't help if they don't call for service. I hate the be that guy... But this is ridiculous. I was hoping I just caught them at a bad time. I won't be using them for service or sales. I hope they fix their internal issues or that new building they just finished won't last long. I'd like to think the problem was on the service side but they clearly go unmanaged as the customers expense. All I ask them to do was keep their word and do what they promised they would do from the beginning. I still haven't seen the cancellation of my service package credited.

Do NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership!!!!!!!!…read more My husband purchased a truck from them, and within approximately TWO WEEKS of the purchase, we experienced a major and potentially dangerous mechanical failure. The front suspension/control arm broke, resulting in the tire/wheel coming off. This wasn't an issue that developed after months or years of ownership. This happened roughly two weeks after purchasing the truck from this dealership. When you purchase a vehicle from a dealership, you expect that, at minimum, the vehicle has been properly inspected and is safe to drive off the lot. Having a major suspension component fail this soon after purchase raises serious concerns for us about the condition of the truck at the time it was sold and what type of inspection was performed before it was offered for sale. Thankfully, this situation did not result in a serious accident or injury, because it certainly had the potential to. I understand that used vehicles can have issues and no dealership can predict every future repair. However, a significant safety-related failure within two weeks of purchase is not something I would expect after buying from a dealership. They refused to correct the issue.

Literally the most infuriating experience. I bought a car and 2 WEEKS later the engine had to be…read morereplaced. It broke down after hours and everything was closed so I had no choice but to get a rental from enterprise at the airport. I had to get the only vehicle available that was big enough for my family. I was told that I would be reimbursed. No one said to use a specific mechanic so I had it towed to a place i had a positive experience with in the past. That mechanic was unable to fix it because of how extensive the issue and charged me a fee before having it towed to the Chevrolet dealership. Once at the chevy dealership I had to wait for diagnostic and repair approval for the dealership to give me a loaner vehicle. All the while I had the original rental expecting to be reimbursed like I was told. I contacted the warranty company, assurance, and they sent me the directions to submit the documents for reimbursement. They are only reimbursing me for the time it was spent in repair and not for the entire duration of the rental that I had NO CHOICE in having. I came out of pocket over $1,000 and are only wanting to give me $250. When I called Enterprise about this they told me that if I had a brought it into them they would have helped. I called them the night it happened and was told to call assurance. So because I was sold a car with a faulty engine and it broke down at night when everything was closed and I was forced into a situation where I had to get a rental outside of "operational hours", I am out over $1,000 I do not recommend using enterprise. They didn't come pick us up they didn't offer solutions and they won't compensate you when they sale you a faulty vehicle. Let me clear, I am angry I was sold a car with a bad engine in the first place and because of that I am out a lot of money.

Since, we were just looking and not buying that day, we told him we'll come back some other day. We were looking for a particular vehicle and were told that other dealerships did not have what we were looking for in stock. That turned out not to be the case. We did our own research and found what we wanted elsewhere. We were also told that they simply could not give us a larger discount on the vehicle. We decided not to settle and walked away--and I'm very glad we did. We ultimately purchased our vehicle from Limbaugh Toyota, where we received almost 6 grand off a BETTER, more fully equipped vehicle. The difference in both the deal, and the overall experience was significant. I understand that every dealership has its own pricing and that every deal is different. However, if a dealership cannot or does not want to offer a larger discount, simply say, "This is the best deal we are willing to offer." Don't tell customers that other dealerships don't have the vehicle they're looking for or give them the impression that they have no better options. My advice to anyone shopping for a vehicle: do your own research. Check other dealerships' inventories yourself, compare prices, negotiate, and most importantly, be willing to walk away. We walked away, went to Limbaugh Toyota the very next day, and ended up with a better-equipped vehicle at a significantly better price! We spent less time negotiating at Limbaugh Toyota than we did at Hoover Toyota.
