Although, her wait for tow was about 45 min which was understandable due to rush hour traffic. 2nd occasion my husband needed a tow from Seabrook a day later, I called and the dispatcher took my contact info and had the awesome tow truck driver to contact me. Richard(Tow truck driver)contacted me within 5 min and within 15 minutes he made it to the location. Husband in tow and his ole faithful work car made it home safe. I was surprised to hear the other voice on the line say "yeah we can get you done, just bring your car on over". With that news I happily jumped out of bed to get ready. I show up, there is no where to park and there is a lot of cars in the parking lot...I get discouraged again. So, I prepare myself. Low and behold! I've had a number of items they've fixed…read morefor me on my 2004 Sienna. 1) They've replace an air conditioner fan actuator for me that was making a terrible noise. 2) Diagnosed and replace a failed headlight ballast. 3) Replaced my worn out/deteriorated emergency brake pads and replaced my emergency brake cables 4) Fixed an antennae connection to a rear window that I had to have replaced while living in Indiana but the window shop didn't properly hook back up my antenna. Planning to use them for my next alignment because they just got a new fancy alignment machine I've learned. Really helpful auto repair shop that I discovered through my neighbor. I was told I could drop it off and leave the key in the drop with my name, number, and what was going on. I had it towed there and did just that. They were so nice and got the tank changed out as well as the thermostat. I got a call that they had to order a new thermostat because the one the revived was busted and that it wouldn't be ready till Monday, this was a Friday. I said that was fine but then at 4:30 on that Friday I got a call it was ready. The gentleman was so nice and the work was quick.
