Taking the time to go get your car inspected while working a mon-fri job is just another hassle no one wants to deal with. I called ahead of time just to make sure they had availability before I show up and they tell me it'll be light years till they can get to my car. I was surprised to hear the other voice on the line say "yeah we can get you done, just bring your car on over". With that news I happily jumped out of bed to get ready. I show up, there is no where to park and there is a lot of cars in the parking lot...I get discouraged again. So, I prepare myself. Low and behold! My car was done in 30 min ( probably less than that) and I started getting so excited! Thank you for making it to painless and swift! Great service. Their service guys do great quality work. I've had a number of items they've fixed for me on my 2004 Sienna. 1) They've replace an air conditioner fan actuator for me that was making a terrible noise. 2) Diagnosed and replace a failed headlight ballast. 3) Replaced my worn out/deteriorated emergency brake pads and replaced my emergency brake cables 4) Fixed an antennae connection to a rear window that I had to have replaced while living in Indiana but the window shop didn't properly hook back up my antenna. Planning to use them for my next alignment because they just got a new fancy alignment machine I've learned. Really helpful auto repair shop that I discovered through my neighbor. Terrible experience. Ater they did an alignment on my car, it started making random sounds infrequently from under the chasis. I took it back over there and the mechanic heard the sounds too, and as they were busy I was told to bring the car next day. I took the car in next day and left it there. The guy said they couldnt hear the sound any more and charged me a diagnostic fee for nothing. I suspect the skillsets of the emplyees. Not going back. read more

I have a secret.... I have a hoopty in my garage that hasn't moved in 2 years! Now that I have it up and running I've decided I want to restore it to its full glory. I came here today for an inspection so that I can register my nostalgic wannabe Delorean. The guys were super cool about it and promised not to laugh at it when they saw it (and they kept their word!). They had me in and out in a jiffy. They changed my wipers for me so that it could pass inspection, too, at no charge since I had them sitting on the passenger side. The shop was very clean and the waiting area was comfortable. If I'm in a pinch and need an oil change I'll definitely come back. read more

Rude,overpriced, and work was overestimated. Manager called with an attitude when I told him I couldn't afford the repairs he laughed then hung up then called two more times within 30 minutes trying to intimidate me into paying him for extra service going as far as threatening to withhold my vehicle. Will never use this company again. read more

Nice guys (at first) but not great mechanics. I took a car there for air struts. After attempting to fix the issue, the shocks deflated. To make things worse, they charged more to complete the repair, after charging me hundreds of dollars. Around the same time, before the strut issue I had a truck AC repair. Again, attempted to fix, charged more, never fixed after multiple attempts. After multiple attempts and wasted time on both not being repaired, they tried to charge me more. Being courteous, I thought they would do the right thing, but they didn't. At this point I gave up on them. Another shop fixed the issue in amount 5 days (including the weekend) what Two Brothers couldn't do in months. To make things worse, they leave your car at the Pharmacy parking lot next door overnight. Sketchy. After a lawsuit, I got some on my money back, but I had to take court action to get paid, as they purposely delayed payment. Not sure if they are bait and switchers or just incompetent, but I will never return. Worst experience at a mechanic ever. read more

Great service! Every time I've come here they have been very friendly and very fast. They do a great job and they're conveniently located near my neighborhood. A great neighborhood auto repair place. I've had them check my tires a couple of times and do an oil change. My husband has had them rotate and balance is tires and do an oil change as well. They do a great job. read more

Dropped in on a Friday afternoon for a state inspection. The owner was running the shop. Friendly, helpful, fast - took my car right away. Waiting room was clean and didn't smell like smoke or exhaust. TV was not on Fox News, thank goodness. I'll be back for the rest of my inspections and repair work. read more

DISHONESTY I was confusing the tax sticker and inspection sticker on my car. I thought my inspection sticer was expired but it was actually the tax sticker. When I look the bottom sticker on my car, that wasn't expired. Actually, that was my inspection sticker. Anyway, confusing these stickers, I went to their shop to inspect my car. When I went back there to pick up my car, the sticker hadn't been changed. I asked them if there was some problem to pass the inspection. They said "NO". I said, but the sticker hadn't been changed. They said sticker on the top on you wind sheld is not inspection sticker, bottom one is the inspection sticker. I felt that they knew that I was confusing the stickers. I said that bottom one wasn't expired. They said I don't know about that. I asked them don't you see the if it is expired or not before you woking on it? He said I do, but I don't know about the other guys... And he said that same thing happened yesterday. Wow, if same thing happend yesterday, they should more be careful to look? Since that was my mistake, I paid. HOWEVER, I wasn't really happy with their DISHONESTY. If samething happened yesterday, how come they don't care? This time I'm blaming myself. BUT I DON'T THINK I',M GOING TO GO BACK THERE TO DO SOMETHING FOR MY CAR. I DON'T THINK I CAN TRUST THEM. read more

Nice Guys; but that's about it. The techs were more interested in tuning their personal hot rods on a Saturday when I needed my car worked on. They were "waiting" on a part, but didn't do any of the other work while waiting. Went in to get my car because I needed it for work and they just handed me the keys. Not the shop I will be bringing my business to..............and I don't really think they care. read more

I will never go there again. The individual taking instructions wrote down the wrong thing and so they fixed the wrong side of the car. When I got upset and told them to put it back the way it was, the owner yelled at me and chased me to my car threatening me to never come back. I would highly recommend avoiding this establishment. read more
