However, if you have any apprehension about good communication, this might not be a good fit for you. Please note, that as others have stated, the gratuity is expected not just suggested. I was asked what I wanted to tip at the end of my session and when I offered 15 dollars which I found fair (tipping is always based on satisfaction of services not demanded), she said, read the sign! The sign which states gratuity is 20-30 per service!!! The massage itself was too intense for my taste. I had to remind her on multiple occasions that it was too much. Also, I was not aware (my bad perhaps) that "Swedish" entailed her walking on my back!! I wasn't ready for that or the very hot towel that she placed on my back toward the end without warning. But hey, if elbows and back walking are your thing and you like intense bone massage's, this is your spot.

I was told the cancellation fee would be waived for my partner--which immediately made me question why a fee was even being considered in the first place when the cancellation was not my fault. I eventually rescheduled for a later date and was informed that the massage would be with one male and one female masseuse. During the massage, the male masseuse made me uncomfortable, which was disappointing since I had specifically requested female therapists from the beginning. Throughout the session, he was breathing very loudly and yawned multiple times, which disrupted the relaxation experience.
