That was a very honest and realistic way for us to stay in budget but still have the florals of our dreams. They were prompt day of the wedding. In addition, we were worried about not having enough time with our photographer to complete the flat lays; Sheila accommodated this and allowed my husband and I to pick up the flat lay flowers the day before for this to be done (her idea!). The important thing to note here is that they do a lot of weddings! Towards the beginning they were undergoing a lot of changes within staff and it was difficult initially to contact them or get a response which was extremely frustrating. Once it got closer to our wedding day we got a new coordinator named Tessa and she basically saved my sanity because from that moment on I had no issues and felt so prioritized. Be patient with them in the beginning because you're one of many brides they speak to on a daily basis. Once you're wedding day is actually there, it will be worth every single penny. The food was amazing, the DJ is so good and attentive, our day of coordinator Hayley was also really nice and Victoria made sure to ask me if I needed anything she was there to make it happen. I can't stress enough how incredibly beautiful our wedding was and every single guest told us the pictures of the venue we sent did not do it justice. Also, get the horse carriage it's such a beautiful moment I shared with my dad then with my husband. We saw Tessa the next day when I went to pick up some things we left behind and she asked where we were going for our honeymoon and literally within the hour of us leaving she emailed us so many great ideas and recommendations. Lake Oak Meadows is lucky to have someone like her that is so kind, reassuring, goes above and beyond expectations, and genuinely you can tell she loves what she does. Words can not capture how amazing my wedding florals were; from my gorgeous bouquet of mokara and cymbidium orchids (I was delighted with the surprise of added lady slippers) to the dramatic cascading phalaenopsis at our round wedding altar to the stunning arrangement of dendrobiums that greeted my guests on arrival. Can you tell I love orchids? The process of deciding on my wedding florals was so easy with Ronn's guidance and I loved meeting with him and his team at the Vaso Bello salon. He totally understood my (orchid) vision and we made adjustments together until I was happy and the results did not disappoint! On my wedding day, Ronn's presence meant so much to me. The quality felt inconsistent, and when we reached out afterward, we never heard back. If you're thinking about booking them, there are a few things we wish we had asked up front. We hired Vaso Bello for our wedding at La Quinta Resort in May 2025. We met with a few florists, but Ron stood out right away. He seemed to really get what we wanted. Even though the quote was a little higher than others, we felt good about putting our trust in him. His style is beautiful and the reviews were glowing, so we felt confident we'd be in great hands. To be fair, some parts of the floral design were exactly what we hoped for. We loved the terracotta vases on the dinner tables, and the flowers in our lounge area were absolutely stunning. They were full, colorful, and just gorgeous. That part truly felt like us. But that same care didn't carry through to everything. The ceremony florals, which were supposed to frame us during our vows, ended up being really underwhelming. They felt small, dull, and nothing like what we had imagined or discussed. They didn't add any real impact to the moment. Those arrangements are now in all our ceremony photos, and it's hard not to feel disappointed by that. We emailed after the wedding to share how we felt and ask if they could offer any explanation or even just acknowledge it. We never got a response. We're not sharing this to be harsh. We know how much work goes into weddings, and we truly believe Vaso Bello is capable of beautiful designs. We just didn't get consistency, and the lack of follow-up made it harder to move on. If you're thinking about working with them, we'd suggest being really clear about which floral moments matter most to you. Don't assume that just because something is in the proposal, it will be prioritized. If your date falls near a big flower weekend like Mother's Day (which ours did), ask how that could affect things. And don't be shy about checking in before the wedding to make sure everything is still on track. We hope this helps other couples going through the planning process. Every couple deserves to feel great about their wedding day and their photos. Update: After we posted this review, Ron reached out, apologized, and offered a refund for half of the ceremony florals. We appreciated the follow-up and the gesture. It didn't change how we felt about the experience overall, but it did show that he cared and wanted to make it right.

They coordinated with all vendors well, directed guests and made the experience stress free. Everyone was so sweet to us and our dog, Rocky.     Horrible experience, stay away!…read more This is a review for Eliza at BEL Events for her wedding planning services. We met Eliza at our venue 8 month before our wedding date. During the first session she presented herself well, and she talked and bragged a lot about her 18 yrs of experience in event planning and stories about how she handles wedding situations. So, we thought she is the right event planner for us and signed a contract. After signing the contract and making the payment, she was very hard to find and we did not see the expected action from her side, and every time we followed up, her response was: "don't worry I will manage everything before the wedding day". We were asking for the basics of planning such as timeline, vendor recommendations (a few to choose from) and communications (which was part of the contract) but not no action except a quote of her own rental service. We were getting closer to the wedding date and her lack of action made us so worried and very frustrated. Eventually we had to get involved and did almost 90% of the work ourselves. She was very hard to find but even when we could talk to her, she would create more unnecessary problems to an extant that my wife had panic attacks after a few meetings we had with her. 2 month before our wedding she caused so much anxiety and frustration that we decided to end our contract with her and find another planner. Thankfully, our new planner was amazing and our Wedding planning went very smooth after that, and the event was as wonderful as we could imagine! With way lower cost than what Eliza had proposed! After I requested to cancel the contract she disappeared and never responded to our emails, which is very unprofessional. Here is a list of a few issues from our experience of working with here: 1- Accessibility: every time we had a question or needed to talk to her, it was taking several days until she gets back to us. With irrelevant excuses, like she would show me her busy google calendar! 2- Push to use her own services as vendors: Per her contract she had to suggest different vendors so we can choose. But since she has rental and flower services, she was arguing so much to stop us from even looking at other options! She charges unnecessarily expensive! By doing a little research, we found our vendors and saved at least 50% with same or better quality! 3- Nonsense arguments and rude attitude: In many occasions she was just insisting on holding the event the way SHE wants, without paying attention to our request or desire. Every time we requested something, her answer was: "I don't want MY event to be that way or I don't want MY guests to be that way"!!! With a condescending attitude emphasizing that "I have 18 yrs of experience and I know what to do"!!! Any simple request would become a long story and unnecessary argument. In one occasion my wife requested that guests throw flower petals while walking out of aisle, and she immediately said: "No!, you can't do that, I don't want my cleaning crew spend time on cleaning the petals"!!!! In another occasion Eliza was insisting on only using her recommended valet service (which was quoting more than double the price of the service we eventually used) and on top of it she was forcing us to rent extra parking lot out of venue and pay extra for shuttle service!!!! While the venue had enough capacity! And when I respectfully said: I am confident that the venue has enough capacity for parking, she got very angry and said: "in that case tell all your guests to use UBER and they can't drive their own car"!!! It was a nightmare working with BEL Events and I don't recommend her service due to lack of professionalism and decency in her business.

She knew when to ramp up our frequency of meetings and she also knew when to tell us to relax and not worry about stuff. We like that she comes with the aisle planner software and lets us access it. She provided a thorough checklist for us with indications of when an item on the list should be completed by. She was very accessible and we knew we could count on her to respond quickly even if our question was not urgent. As our florist in addition to our planner, she helped a lot with some last-minute florals that we wanted to do and made sure everything happened very smoothly. When we couldn't find any freshly squeezed juice near me Melissa was eager to help and make sure we had that by the time of the wedding. Everyone was impressed at how quickly the venue was able to transform between the different stages of the wedding and how knowledgeable Melissa was. We really appreciated about how Melissa joined us in our vendor meetings and kept in touch with them for us. We definitely would've gotten overwhelmed if we did not have Melissa.

We even got compliments from our vendors about how detailed her timeline was. We got so many compliments throughout the day and after the wedding about how amazing and seamless Ari made the day; from the dress rehearsal, to making sure everything was up and decorated, the ceremony, the reception, and clean up! She helped me have the most relaxing and fun wedding day where I didn't have to worry about anything. Throughout the duration of time leading up to the big day, we were having difficulty finding a DJ and officiant. I reached out to Ari and she was able to provide a long list of referrals which ultimately led us to securing a great DJ. Ari is very organized and punctual--she provided a thorough document for us to fill out, which included things like our story, timeline (order of wedding party), and a list of decor and placement. We had a rehearsal the day before and Ari arrived early and provided a seamless run through. On our wedding day, everything was amazing. Let's just say Ari and her team knew the assignment. Ari and her team were so attentive and really made stress nonexistent. They coordinated with our vendors and set everything up as pictured. It was super windy that day and glasses were knocking down & a few shattered--Ari and her team quickly pivoted and got everything handled in no time. The florist also forgot our petals for the aisle, Ari caught that on the decor list and was able to handle that situation with the florist. Her team even offered to help me take pictures on my phone! At the end of the wedding, Ari and her team put all of the items/decor back nicely & provided an inventory list of everything. Ari and her team are just amazing & I cannot recommend them enough! Let me say first that I was such a scrappy DIY bride, so I was really looking for a day-of coordinator I could trust. I did many calls with other coordinators and I was looking out for folx who really pressure you to have a cookie cutter wedding and play into the wedding industry. Lisa was not like that at all, she felt like one of my friends and was totally on board with working with the blank canvas of my venue. She was so easy to work with and made me feel really confident the day-of. She was hands down the best money spent from all my vendors at my wedding. Examples of Lisa's magic: - She was a serious partner in crime! I come from a background of event planning myself, so I recognized that I was a bit of a hyper detailed and logistically obsessed bride. I literally had made my production schedule before I had even met with her! This type of thing would normally irritate the hell out of an event coordinator, but honestly Lisa just felt like someone who was my partner. She saw what I had created and helped me build off of what I got started and she just made me feel like I wasn't in it alone anymore. - She would go above and beyond! We had a mix-up with our cocktail hour where our caterer came in and left some of the food on the side where it wasn't easily found. Lisa and her assistant jumped in immediately once she saw the need. She straight up started serving our hor d'orves to all of our guests so that the food we spent good money on wouldn't be hidden in the corner. - She handled extra coordination with ease! We had a mariachi parade and a shuttle coming in and out of our venue. She was able to coordinate all of this seamlessly with her assistant. I was worried about the coordination of our shuttle in particular- and without a single worry my guests were coming in and speaking so highly of the amazing coordination of the entire day. These are just a few examples of how amazing Lisa is. So do yourself a favor and give her a call for your special day.
