Some of our wedding flowers were absolutely beautiful. But the most important ones, the ceremony arrangements, were a real letdown. The quality felt inconsistent, and when we reached out afterward, we never heard back. If you're thinking about booking them, there are a few things we wish we had asked up front. We hired Vaso Bello for our wedding at La Quinta Resort in May 2025. We met with a few florists, but Ron stood out right away. He seemed to really get what we wanted. Even though the quote was a little higher than others, we felt good about putting our trust in him. His style is beautiful and the reviews were glowing, so we felt confident we'd be in great hands. To be fair, some parts of the floral design were exactly what we hoped for. We loved the terracotta vases on the dinner tables, and the flowers in our lounge area were absolutely stunning. They were full, colorful, and just gorgeous. That part truly felt like us. But that same care didn't carry through to everything. The ceremony florals, which were supposed to frame us during our vows, ended up being really underwhelming. They felt small, dull, and nothing like what we had imagined or discussed. They didn't add any real impact to the moment. Those arrangements are now in all our ceremony photos, and it's hard not to feel disappointed by that. We emailed after the wedding to share how we felt and ask if they could offer any explanation or even just acknowledge it. We never got a response. We're not sharing this to be harsh. We know how much work goes into weddings, and we truly believe Vaso Bello is capable of beautiful designs. We just didn't get consistency, and the lack of follow-up made it harder to move on. If you're thinking about working with them, we'd suggest being really clear about which floral moments matter most to you. Don't assume that just because something is in the proposal, it will be prioritized. If your date falls near a big flower weekend like Mother's Day (which ours did), ask how that could affect things. And don't be shy about checking in before the wedding to make sure everything is still on track. We hope this helps other couples going through the planning process. Every couple deserves to feel great about their wedding day and their photos. Update: After we posted this review, Ron reached out, apologized, and offered a refund for half of the ceremony florals. He has this spark and goodness about him that made us want to work with him right then and there. The florals during the ceremony and reception were also so beautiful and in theme with my whole idea. I wanted garlands along the tables but I didn't realize how expensive garland was. I was saddened thinking I wasn't going to be able to get that look but Ronn worked with me on pricing by using smaller garlands on the guests' table to still get that look I was going for. And he surprised me even more by really doing up our sweetheart table with thick and glorious garlands. If you tell him what you've dreamed up for your event, Ronn is an artist--he will create that look while adding in some of his own small details that make the look unique. At the end of February 2015 I brought 15 girlfriends to Palm Springs to celebrate my 40th. To end the celebration, I planned a formal sit down dinner. I contacted Ronn and told him that I wanted something very pink, full of sparkle and over the top. Immediately I could see Ronn was excited about the work. He immediately sent me ideas and was so friendly in his communication. He kept in regular touch leading up to the event and didn't disappoint on the day of. He showed up promptly and the flowers were breathtaking. The pictures don't do them justice. It was pink, pink and more pink with sparkles all over. But it was amazingly tasteful. I couldn't believe the details - from the mix and matched vases to the individual arrangements for each girl and the crystal wrapped napkins and candle holders. I can't express how wonderful Ronn was to work with. I would recommend him to anyone looking for something special that you and your guests will remember.
