UBREAKIFIX: A Nightmare Customer Service Experience…read more I've had a terrible experience with UBREAKIFIX. After my Samsung Fold 5's original screen protector bubbled, I took it to UBREAKIFIX. The first replacement lasted a week, the second a month. I returned to a different location for a fix, only to be told they couldn't help and I had to return to the original store. After months of waiting, I finally returned to the original store. The technician was unprofessional, took hours to fix the issue, and damaged my phone further. The final product had visible particulate matter and fingernail marks on the screen protector. My phone case was also missing. To add insult to injury, UBREAKIFIX corporate has been unresponsive to my complaints and has failed to offer any compensation. This entire ordeal has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly advise against using UBREAKIFIX for any computer, phone, video game console,or any repair needs. Read other people's nightmare experiences if you don't believe it. That's shady and unprofessional. It makes it look like something went wrong while they were working on it and they didn't want to admit it.
