March 12, 2026, first of all, this is my first time being a victim of a crime, so my emotions are extremely high and vulnerable, and WINDSHIELD HUB of Atlanta, played on those emotions, knowing I was in an emergency situation and needed immediate assistance. This is my horrible experience with them! I made an appointment yesterday in reference to a window replacement for my vehicle, I received a call from Juan and he took all my information down and confirm that someone would be at my home between 9:00 a.m. and noon today. As of 1:30 this afternoon, I still have not heard from anyone there, so I had to called, only to find out that they did not have the glass replacement, nor did it fail to contact me in reference to them not having the glass that they knew they didn't have yesterday. This is the first example of the breakdown of communication, yesterday, I received multiple text messages asking for further information about the vehicle. I sent the information they needed and multiple pictures. The person from dispatch was receiving the pictures, became irate because she could not review the pictures that she accused me of not sending. Once the pictures were found, there was no apology at all for them not receiving all of their text messages that I had sent. That was the first red flag, I should have paid attention. Second red flag was a NO-SHOW this morning between 9:00 and 12:00 noon. Third red flag when I called they act like they didn't know what was going on until Christian said that they did not have the glass that was needed for my vehicle. If you are going to work with this company, I strongly suggest you pay very close attention to all the CONCERNING reviews and do your homework. They're breakdown in communication is extremely horrible!!! It is discouraging, disappointing, and disrespectful when you have a consumer waiting for a particular service all day, and they negated to inform me within a reasonable amount of time this morning so that I can use other options. The weather was bad, it rained all night long, which potentially has furthered damaged the interior of my vehicle. Now, I am going into "Day 2" without a rear windshield!!!
