    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!…read more Dear Union City Chrysler Jeep Management, This message serves as formal notice that your dealership is now in breach of contract regarding the sale of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4, purchased from your Union City location on May 7, 2025. You provided a written agreement at the time of sale to repair or replace the cracked windshield and damaged front bumper, and instructed us that these repairs would be scheduled at your Smyrna location. Despite three weeks of repeated calls--more than ten attempts to your dealership and service department--we have been ignored, disconnected, or strung along with vague promises. No appointment has been scheduled. No follow-up has occurred. Further, when I attempted to register the vehicle, I was informed by the Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS) that your dealership has failed to submit the title paperwork, making it impossible to secure a permanent registration. The temporary tag you issued is now near expiration. This puts me at legal risk through no fault of my own and represents a second serious failure on your part to fulfill legal obligations under Georgia law. Repeated calls to the dealership have gone unanswered and ignored. Your conduct constitutes willful negligence, deceptive business practices, and bad faith, all of which are subject to legal remedy. THIS IS YOUR FINAL OPPORTUNITY TO RESOLVE THIS PRIVATELY. You have until Friday, June 21, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST to: Schedule and confirm repairs for the windshield and front bumper, in writing. Provide documented proof that the title has been submitted to DDS. We had a low to no pressure walk around the lot and found the vehicle we wanted to purchase. They work closely with Capital One so I had my pre-approval done before I came in to shop and the whole buying experience was maybe half an hour. The best part was they do not add in a bunch of dealer junk fees right at the closing table, YES!! NO DEALER FEES!! Everyone in the showroom was nice and friendly. If you are unsure about an electric vehicle then you should go by and speak with Moshen first, he is very knowledgeable and will put your mind at ease with the fears you may have about owning, driving and charging your vehicle.
