I never reached out for him to fix it because if he didn't keep his word on the glass replacement that came damaged, why would he fix his faulty install? Now that I'm getting a new car and have time to review after waiting a year for a reply, I Do Not Recommend this business. Do not support this business, especially if you have a luxury vehicle. So their quote of a $75 flat rate was so refreshing to see, as Safelite was $125 and I had to go there. Every one of them was unable to provide any services to us over the 3 days we were in town. This included the widely known Safelite, and they were only able to accommodate on our return trip through N.C. three days later. This meant we would be driving around all weekend with a huge windshield crack that would only potentially get worse. Super thanks to the team at Global Glass. Not only were they able to come to our hotel and get the windshield changed out in the parking garage, they also were half the cost of what Safelite was going to bill us and Global Glass was able to get the job done three days sooner.
