Stereo advantage sent me a damaged unit as being "reparied'…read more I had sent my unit(Surface Pro 3) to Square Trade for a ADH repair of a cracked screen. The unit came back with Stereo Advantage as the sender. They must of been contracted by Square Trade to repairmy unit. However when I got the unit back despite the box and the packing material in tack. the screen had a 1" long hole in he screen on the side opposite fo the original damage. I am left to conclude that damage was present before the surface 3 was packed. Not only that, they installed Windows 8.1 instead of Widnows 10 which is what was installed when I purchased it. I am glad that I live far away from Buffalo NY and will not have any reason to deal with this company again.

Tried to handle case thru chat: don't bother! not only did i waste hours, literally, but the store doesn't honor what the chat employees tell you! NO way to contact the store anymore. The store has been around for decades and although it's gone through some reiterations, they have a wide range of lighting equipment for a wide variety of uses. The owner was very nice and guided us through the process of setting everything up ourselves. For a Sunday Event, we picked up the lights on Saturday and returned them on Monday. They also offer DJ services as far as I know, but I haven't looked into them.
