Especially when we are planning something extremely special. Going with a agent I quickly realized she not only was able to score our air fair cheaper than any website or travel site such as Kayak or Orbit. She also suggested what time of year to travel making sure to save us top dollar!!! We even able to UPGRADE TO 1ST. CLASS with the extra money we had put aside for the tickets I was able to put money down and pay for the plane tickets now and they are allowing me to make payments towards our vacation in 2022. I also was able to give them cash for the tickets and Betty Ann was able to use the travel agency to charge the air fair. Something I thought we were going to have a problem with seeing both of us was not to eager using our credit cards. But everything has went so smooth so far. Now that the air fair is out of the way she was able to find us a perfect all inclusive resort in Jamaica! We are super excited to go! The accommodations are 5 star and we are able to kind of customize the itinerary making sure there is things we both were looking forward to doing is on the list! I will be sure to update my review once we get back from our mini holiday! But I felt I needed to share how much money and time we were able to save and without paying extra, they saved us even more money than if I was to do everything myself and offered some awesome suggestions for our travel as well.

Our first experience, she sent us to Cancun for a bachelor party. It was the best time I have had in my life because of how well she put together our package. Our flights had no long layovers. We went direct from DTW to CAN. Also, how we were taken care of at our hotel is out of a storybook. They brought us amazing cocktails and apps to enjoy while checking in it was like we were in a lounge enjoying a good time and it's all because of the special touches of our travel agent. It's amazing how we were upgraded to suites because of Shevone and her relationship with the hotel. (She has A big client base and earns pull with big hotels to send her clients to) All in all I couldn't be more pleased with the way were treated and that was most important. Jeanette made all of the arrangements for our family vacation to Disney in Orlando. Our requests…read morechanged many times before we landed on our final itinerary. Jeanette patiently worked through the many changes for our trip. We stayed at the Coronado Springs Resort on the Disney property and it was very nice. The rooms were clean and quite soundproof. Noisy neighbors were never an issue. The grounds were well maintained and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The bus transportation to the parks was timely and readily available. We rented two vans and Enterprise was spot on with having the vehicles ready and making the drop off seamless. In addition, we rented a scooter for a family member from Scooter Bug and it was a blessing as he was able to maneuver about the parks successfully despite the incredible volume of visitors. We also spent a day visiting Kennedy Space Center and took a bus tour. Kennedy Space Center was very nice and we all learned a great deal. Our flights to and from Cleveland were smooth and on time. In Summary, Jeanette allowed us to enjoy a much needed vacation as a family at Disney without stressing over the details of the trip. Thank you.
